There is a great range stuff for my VW Transporter, could have spent a fortune. The online experience is easy, and delivery spot on, good prices too. I will be back for more.

The delivery time was good, packing was spot on and most importantly the product was fantastic and fitted how it was supposed too. Great company to deal with.

Purchased a set of wheels around four weeks ago, although the wheels were fine there was a centre cap missing. Not too much of an issue you would think…

Well after multiple phone calls, emails, even a 90mile round trip back to Vanstyle to discuss this face to face I still haven’t received the missing centre cap.

I can’t understand how a business could treat its customers so badly with no call backs, no return emails messages left and not replied to.

I have now requested a returns form as I’m sick of waiting and just being ignored.

Used your company many times always had great service.

I ordered a set of wheels for my van and that was very easy and delivered fast but 1 wheel arrived damaged. I immediately called and spoke to a member of their team who said they would call me back however 24 hours later I still hadn't heard back from them so I called again and this time a replacement wheel and collection of the damaged wheel was organised. 2 days later a courier turned up to collect the damaged wheel but with no replacement as it had been sent to the wrong depot. The following day a replacement wheel turned up but with a different tyre to the original set so it got refused. They now tell me that they don't have any more of the original tyres and I have to wait for the returned wheel to arrive with them so they can put the tyre on a new wheel. It is now close to 2 weeks and my van is still off the road waiting for wheels.
I appreciate that courier issues can't be helped but I feel the company could have done a lot better sorting this issue and I've barely had an apology for the trouble let alone any offer of compensation.

After placing an order for curtains for a 2014 Mercedes sprinter van, I received curtains for the two rear panels, the sliding door and the rear barn doors. Their website shows picutures of the van you have selected along with the shape of the windows and the year range it covers. So, you really cant go wrong.
I am converting the van to a camper and intend to start a business doing so. I have 40 years experience is the construction and installation sector and am qualified and more than capable to handle this conversion.
The rails supplied came curved at the ends to match the curve in the sliding door and windows. The curves in the rails did not match at all and were short.
The barn door curtains were a bigger issue. The four rails supplied were all different lengths and straight. the curtains were the wrong size and critically the wrong orientation. That is, even if I were able to install them, they would have to have been pulled up and down like a blind. I was expecting to have installed the rails for the rear barn doors in the apeture of the windows as the others were. This would have been inpossible as the rails supplied were straight.
When I first contacted them about it, they had to seek advice and come back to me. Their solution was to twist the rail over and screw it to the face of the door. Not ideal and not correct. They had no solution for the orientation however.
In their defence, I had taken time to get around to installing the curtains as I was busy with other things. This meant that my first contact was 3-4 months after purchasing.
Initially, they suggested that I send them back. As I had install all but the barn doors, I was reluctant to do so and was prepared to try and get around the ill fitting curves of the other windows. But when I got to the barn doors, there was really nothing I could do.
When I tried to get a solutiuon for the barn door issue, I was met with their 30 day return policy that they pointed me to. They had retracted their offer to return them and when asked as to why the barn doors were wrong, they just pointed me to their 30 day returns policy. They had no reply.
They are not selling a product here that is fit for the purpose in my opinion. They do not have answers to your questions and had admitted to me that they, in this case are 'middle men'.
I suppose that this is the danger of buying on-line. So please be aware before you buy as like me, you could be wasting your money and time and having to write a poor review in the hope that you can spare someone else from a bad experience.

Never replied to my email regarding a faulty item, giving the impression they don't want to resolve the issue.

People shouldn't have to chase a business, regardless of whether they chose to call, email or even send a physical letter. These days a reasonable response time for calls and emails should be 2-3 days, and it's been over a week with still no response.

And I know they've received the email, before any claims of IT issues, because I've not had an NDR (Non-Delivery Report) saying it couldn't be delivered.

Edit: They've not replied to me, so the companies response below is not true.

Ordered Bilstein springs on the Monday and they arrived on Wednesday in time to have them fitted that afternoon. Great service and competitive pricing. Would use again and recommend to any VW Transporter driver.

Very impressive service, my order was dispatched almost immediately. Had a slight issue due to delivery service but this was dealt with just as quickly. Highly recommend this company

Initially slow to dispatch parts four days from order, which turned out to be 55mm lowering kit for a vw caddy rather then the coil over kit for T6 transporter.
But the issue was sorted and dispatched the right parts within a day and collected the wrong ones.
If the order was this quick to arrive and the right parts initially I’d have given them 8/10

Last year I spent well over £2500 on an amount of products and arranged for them to be fitted free of charge.

So far I have had to have the headlights replaced as they (for some unknown reasons) caused the rear lights for fail? The replacements are like driving with two candles for headlights. The wiring is literally hanging out of the back of the lights and this makes it impossible to replace the bulbs.

The balance in the new wheels and tyres makes the van virtually undrivable at anything over 60mph.

Overall not recommended.

Great product, delivered on time and well packaged.

Delivery was fast and communication was good.
The roof spoiler needed a fair amount of work doing to prepare for spraying but overall the experience was okay.

Very good response and almost too quick! When I tried to slightly amend my order, after checking it, as suggested in my confirmation email I was too late! So it will be another wacking great postage charge on a £5 or £6 part. Otherwise very good service.

Rear chrome trim ordered for a Mercedes V-Class. Excellent quality, well packaged to avoid transit damage and quickly despatched A+
