Great customer service
While there were a couple of issues with our items, these were quickly dealt with by Vanstyle. Excellent communication and prompt action led to a very satisfactory outcome.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I seen an add for side bars for my lwb transit van, I called on the 24th April and the lady said: we have them if you want come and pick them up in the morning. I travelled from Birmingham 25th which was a 1hr 57m.
Only for the gentleman to say they ain’t in stock😡 We paid there and then and was told it they was coming in on Monday 28th and would be with me latest Wednesday 30th April.
I called on Monday as money was taken from bank and was told it’s out for picking, which was a lie, but was a mess up on there side and payment was cleared.
Called on Tuesday to see where is the side bars the same lady answers and tells me: there in the depo but they are not scanned out yet for delivery they should be out for the Wednesday.
I have just come off the phone to the same woman who asked for a delivery address and was waiting for 5mins for her to come back and say: you will be looking at next Wednesday which is 7th May 2025.
I stated why did you not let us know and why tell us something if it’s not true, her response was all we can do is wait for a expected date, to which I said the van needed to be out sold to a customer this weekend and has lost me money, can you cancel it and return my money straight away.
Let’s see how long this takes as if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t talk and fob customers off with lies and silence.
When anyone buys be careful out dates and stock they will sell you and not have it and not communicate, never recommend them to anyone a 4hr trip to be told there is nothing there and to lie about delivery.

Poor products - and being ignored doesnt help!
I ordered some curtains for a 2022 transit custom. They arrived quickly and safely, but when it came to install them, bits were missing, rails were badly misshapen, squished so no runners could even be inserted. Rails were too short or too long. Dont know what the curtains are like, I didnt get that far ... I wrote to them asking what my next step should be - yep, no reply. Very disappointed at being ignored, especially with a product not fit for use.

Easy cancellation process
3rd time I've ordered from van style where I have received an email after the purchase to inform me that the item is out of stock. I've ended up waiting months previously so this time I just cancelled the order. The money wasn't taken and it was very simple to cancel it though.

There loss wanted to get some wheels and some other items , think staff thought it was funny give them a miss unless you use online

Since discovering how abismal Vanstyle's after sale support is, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I have spent a large amount of money at Vanstyle since Jan 2025 and was intending to spend further on purchasing a power pack.
On Monday 7th April, I made contact with Vanstyle as one of the balancing weights fell off the near £1K wheels/tyres purchased/fitted in Jan (found underneath my van, in my yard). I was not looking to blame anyone for this, I simply asked If I could drive up and have this little issue rectified assuming it would probably take about 10 mins and cost the business next to nothing. My request was declined, I was told it could have happened any time in the last few months and Vanstyle would not put this right. This van that has done very little since the wheels were fitted, mainly been sat in my yard. The person I spoke with consulted with another prior to a flat refusal.

Not great customer service
Ordered van windows for a conversion several weeks ago - original delays were fault of DHL and not of Vanstyle (first parcel lost, second delivered on days that weren’t updated on the tracking so returned to sender) however….. as the item was a signed for one and DHL had returned the item to sender I asked for the address to be changed to my partners to guarantee he or a neighbour was in to sign for. I also went through all the missing to confirm everything and explained I had taken two days off work to wait for DHL without success and a weekend to fit the windows (which was wasted because they didn’t arrive). Everything confirmed, windows were delivered two days later to the wrong address so I had to leave work to meet the courier and the adhesive wasn’t in the parcel. Rang to discuss this and was told someone else had spoke to me and the address change was unknown and with regards to the missing items ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ they would refund my money so I can buy the item locally - not really goodwill when you’re just giving me my own money back for something you haven’t supplied? I can’t buy locally so continued with the replacement and asked for next day delivery (this was Thursday) as I had taken a further weekend off to fit the windows. I was told this was impossible (DHL say otherwise) and I’m now sitting on another Saturday wasted. I was made to feel like I had inconvenienced them in emails and phone calls.
Thule Bike Rack Issue
I bought a Thule bike rack less than 2 years ago. The clamping arm started to fail. I reported this to Vanstyle as the product is still under warranty. After a few email exchanges and comply with their requests for information, they all of a sudden started ignoring my messages. Very poor! I complained to Thule and they weren’t willing to intervene. Again very poor!

slow delivery and sent wrong roof bars wrong ones for my van I order the correct ones as looking on your confusing poor website and advised on your website opening the rack it was for a 2003-2015 van not my 21 plate van.was told to send them back at a cost of £35 I would not recommend this company for service as very poor. shame the bars looked good just did not fit not my fault rack was for a 2021 reg lwb caddy maxi just not mine?
