Dimensions were off on a cabinet I ordered. I clocked this before the item was made, and vanity hall refused to amend the order or even speak to me about it as the order was made through a third party (they don't sell direct). The vendor I ordered it through didn't help much either, but vanity hall made absolutely no attempt to make it right. 0/10. Don't buy their products!
We have recently had a Corian Eclipse Basin and matching worktop installed by our local Ripples Bathroom installers in Newbury. While the product at first looked classy, only once it was installed and we more closely inspected the basin did we find both a deep gouge and the edges were wildly 'scalloped'. Their sales rep Stuart had an experienced workman come to 'sand out the blemishes'. However this process removed the lovely marbled effect around the sides and edges where the ridges had been, leaving a blank white patina. It does not look like a beautiful piece of art that we had paid for. Either the quality of Vanity Hall's quality control missed this flaw before it was shipped or their concept of quality and beauty is not very high. I would be quite embarrassed if I were their rep and would have replaced it months ago, but instead they seem to be fighting. So unless we get a satisfactory resolution, Id suggest to the public to steer clear of clear of Vanity Hall products.
An excellent company to work with.
As an interior design studio we work with many different contractors. We find Vanity Hall worktop supply and fabrication provide professionalism and communication to an excellent standard. The office and on site team are easy to work with and our clients are always delighted with the finished product (mainly Corian). Vanity Hall are always the first call we make for this type of product.

I fitted three bathrooms with vanity hall units at considerable expense. Firstly, I would say that they do look lovely and I was happy with the finished products. However after less than 3 years, 2 drawer fronts started showing signs of wear and the paint was flaking off in large chunks.
I went back to the shop that did the design to raise the quality issue. The drawer fronts went back to Vanity Hall for inspection. I was told the flaking was due to water damage and given a price to replace them - pretty poor when you consider I have spent thousands with this company.
Out of principle I declined. I took the drawer fronts to my furniture guy. He rubbed them down and repainted them for me at a fraction of the cost of the new draw fronts. He confirmed the fronts were factory sprayed with a cellulose paint which is not durable enough for a bathroom.
Whatever your view on this, the units should last for years in a bathroom environment.
If you want good customer service and a company that stand behind the quality of their product then I would shop elsewhere.
I purchased a vanity unit nine years ago in a high gloss finish. The plastic covering is now coming off the drawer and door fronts. The material that forms the panels looks like MDF. The bathroom is not overly damp and has an extractor fan but the MDF appears to have swelled and the seal with its cover has deteriorated to an extent that it is now peeling off. I have contacted Vanity Hall and their only suggestion is that no adhesive will work (I have tried a number) and as the product is now out of warranty the only solution is to replace the front panels. This will be costly. Vanity Hall prides itself on quality and is a top of the range manufacturer. On this occasion I think that they have failed to produce an item that matches that aspiration. I would suggest that potential customers should be wary in purchsing such a finish and current owners should check their units before the warranty expires.
We purchased a rather expensive bathroom unit from Vanity Hall, which is from the Natura range with a draw unit along with Corian surface and built in basins. While the Corian was fine, the draw unit and cabinets were very poor quality. Several of the units had been damaged in transit due to poor packaging. The paint finish was easily scratched with no undercoat so with a dark blue paint, scratches can be seen as white marks. The wood is cheap chip board so the screws were falling out with in days. They kindly sent replacement fronts due to the transit damage, but the adjustments and runners are so poorly designed the fronts don't align and it now looks like a very cheap unit. I have to say we feel very let down and won't be using or recommending VH ever again. Having spent a a lot of money refurbishing our bathroom, I suspect we'll end up throwing the VH units in a skip and putting something of better quality in.
We have recently had Vanity Hall fit a Mirostone work surface in our kitchen and the experience has been excellent. The colour is Taj Mahal and looks fabulous. The fitters did an excellent job and I've challenged many friends to find the join which none of them have. They also created a feature where we had to divide a window frame into two because of a new conservatory the other side of the kitchen wall.
Our only concern is where the Mirostone joins the stainless steel in the bottom of the sinks. This is proving difficult to keep looking pristine, but we'll work at it. Overall, very happy with the result.

I ordered the Dune Prima Corian as the VH brochure showed it to be a perfect match for the cool tones in my new bathroom. However, what turned up was something I can only describe as gaudy. It had some thick, warm toffee-coloured swirls in it that were nowhere in the picture in the brochure.
In spite of only displaying half of the colours in the product, Vanity Hall refused to take it back.
They didn't reply to my e-mail until I called them after 10 days, and then only to tell me to get back to my local bathroom dealership.
These items may be made to order, to save on storage space, but they are not made to size, and could easily be sold on.
Buyer beware - hopefully those who order samples will get a better image of what they are being sold. VH cover their backs by claiming that the picture in the brochure isn't representative of the finished item. So what's the point in printing a picture at all?
Wouldn't ever deal with them again.

A fantastic company to deal with, excellent customer support and a great team of staff. Products are of a very high standard and by offering special sizes, you can cover all your customer requirements. The corian solid surface products helps create many additional sales and wow factor bathrooms.
