He ordered the parts and kept us informed.
Then came as soon as possible to get the boiler working again.

Our boiler broke down and started leaking (old boiler ten plus years)
One phone call to ultra one and with in hours we had a new boiler fitted. No hassle, clean and tidy workmanship, quality of service all around always.

Outstanding service from start to finish! A full team arrived on time and converted my old water tank system to a modern combi boiler in just one day. Everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and the difference is incredible — strong water pressure, reliable hot water, and consistent heating throughout the entire house.
They also took great care working around my newly laid laminate flooring, which I didn’t want lifted. This made the job much more challenging, but their experience and problem-solving really showed. Despite the obstacles, they handled everything professionally and left the place tidy. The 12-year warranty on the boiler is a huge bonus and shows real confidence in their work.
I’m so glad I chose this team — honest, skilled, and truly dedicated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable heating engineers.
