Simple and efficient process
Simple and efficient process from ordering to delivery. No issues, delivery time was reasonable considering we are in the post Brexit period. Good product and experience overall.

Great product
After 12 days I still hadn’t received my order of vanilla extract. I called the company and said I really needed it and was told it would be sent that day. I was very happy when I did receive it the next day, the quality was much better than the shop brought extract I normally use and I will definitely order again.

Whoops
A few years ago this was an excellent company to deal with (see my review dated 2016), but now....
I didn't get my order for 13 days, the contact telephone number and online chat were unattended and unusable most of the time and emails were only answered after long delays. The goods eventually arrived with a date stamp that had already expired which they dismissed this as a clerical error. I was contacted directly by the firm, offered profuse apologies, and it was explained that moving premises was causing some disruption (March 2023). I returned the goods and received a full refund.
I hope normal service will resume ASAP. The products and service had previously been very good.

Quality products great customer service
