They were brilliant from start to finish. I sent my broken computer back on Monday and had a new one back today Friday. They contacted me when they received my old one and sent messages to tell me exactly what was happening. The new one is perfect. What a lovely company.

Trinity were lacking in prompt communication and accuracy of feedback. However, Value Checkers were the absolute contrast. Expedient in response. Helpful and clear in direction.
