The colour I ordered went out of stock, but I had a phone call to apologise and confirm new stock would be in next week. Didn't need it urgently so that was fine. And bag arrived the following week... Mehr ansehen

This was the 3rd suitcase I've brought from this company, very fast delivery, great range of colours. ( other companies had " non sold" drab colours) price was cheaper than that big online store that begins with an "A"

Don't pay for next day delivery on a Friday.
A good website and easy to use, however, I Paid next day delivery £4.95 on a Friday only to realised later that delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday. This was not clear before choosing to pay for this option. TBF it appears via tracking that the company dispatched the item immediately but DPD did not deliver until 12noon Monday. Effectively 4 days later.
Clearer information should be given at checkout. Nice item delivered in the end

Great service & price
Great price and fast delivery, would definite use Valise again. Lovely Samsonite cases- incredibly light and so easy to walk with. Great to spot at the baggage reclaim. Love the colour but wouldn’t choose that again as one trip away and they are marked and look dirty and the marks won’t clean off- so I’m disappointed in that, but cases themselves are great and can’t fault the company - I was the one who chose the pale pink colour!

DPD Issue
Easy shopping experience. Product great. Paid for Saturday delivery on Friday. Parcel only just turned up on following Tuesday.

Great design and colour, pity about the lock instructions
Great design and colour. The only problem was the instructions for changing the lock code. Luckily I eventually found a You Tube video produced by a guy who had had the same problem. His instructions were quite clear. Incidentally no one at Samsonite answered my email query. I am now looking forward to taking my new case to North Africa.

Easy, efficient, good value
Good range of choice, competitive prices, efficient processing of order, super fast delivery. Even better, got a discount which made my suitcase (even including Saturday delivery postage costs) cheaper than anywhere else I’d seen it.
