The colour I ordered went out of stock, but I had a phone call to apologise and confirm new stock would be in next week. Didn't need it urgently so that was fine. And bag arrived the following week... Mehr ansehen

Customer service at its best
There was a hiccup with dpd delivery and when i called your office the gentleman who answered the phone was nothing but amazing. Customer service at irs best. Je went above and beyond. I have nothing but high praises. Sorey i was 8n a mess and confused so cant remeber hos name

Great brands at competitive prices
Great brands at competitive prices. The website is very user friendly and for cabin luggage it also gave the current sizes for various carriers. Our case arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I would recommend this site for buying luggage and will definitely use again.

Perfect tiny wheeled suitcase
Perfect tiny wheeled suitcase for cabin baggage . Light but robust.
I like the colour and design. It has useful interior zip pockets for keeping smaller items separate.
I bought it to avoid having to carry a rucksack

unprofessional and disappointed with no refund
They emailed me using an incredibly unprofessional template, asking me to cancel my order due to an outage — even though the product appeared to be in stock. I wasn’t able to cancel through their website, as the system is so outdated and didn’t even have a cancel button. After a lot of effort, I finally managed to get the order canceled, but when I tried to contact them by email, phone, and even live chat, no one ever responded. They still haven’t refunded my money, and I’m extremely disappointed. I’m filing a formal complaint against them.

Frustratingly the case that I ordered was found to be defective before despatch but an alternative better replacement was offered and despatched in time for my trip.

Please choose another courier rather than DPD
Please choose another courier. DPD driver claimed I wasn't at home when I was, he didn't even enter the driveway. I had to call DPD customer service several times to get the bag re-delivered but they only did so to a collection point nearby, not to my home.
