Good to find delivery to the Channel Islands. Delivery was however VERY expensive give that Royal Mail will deliver at a fraction of that cost. Delivery was also delayed twice no explanation other... Mehr ansehen
The colour I ordered went out of stock, but I had a phone call to apologise and confirm new stock would be in next week. Didn't need it urgently so that was fine. And bag arrived the following week... Mehr ansehen

Speedy delivery of suitcases.
Pleased with quality of Bric luggage but haven’t actually tested them yet.
Was a little alarmed to read Bric only guarantee for lifetime if bought from them directly … hope Valise carries the same guarantee, but only time will tell.

My experience has been brilliant
My experience has been brilliant, all other retailers that I viewed online was a 3-4 day delivery window. I ordered a Samsonite Garment Bag yesterday morning (Friday 13th) and it was delivered pre 10am next day via DPD. Any other item of luggage I require I will certainly place my order with Valise.

great customer service
Ordered the suitcase as needed it to arrive prior to a trip that was 10 days after ordering, and delivery was set at 2-3 days. Received notification that the suitcase had been sent to DPD and was due to arrive 3 days after ordering- great. Day of delivery received notification from DPD that there was an issue. No further updates received. So after 5 days sent Valise an email complaining about non delivery. Very shortly after sending I received a phone call from them apologising and then advised that it was likely that DPD had lost the case. They were happy to send out a replacement. Unfortunately it would not arrive before my trip, but I was happy for them to send. Case was received promptly. I have not used it yet but my daughter who took delivery advised that it felt sturdy, strong handle and good wheels. Only time will tell!! But great customer service to resolve the issue as soon as they were made aware.
