After a devastating phone call with Dyson with regard to purchasing a replacement fluffy head for 2 dyson stick cleaners ( I supplied model number and serial number to ensure they had accurate information) note I had paid $1550 for each cleaner only 3 years ago / with Dyson saying they could not supply this spare part I called Vacuum Spares and within 10 minutes part ordered 2 days later part received. 5 stars is not enough for Vacuum spares

Ordered a Dyson vacuum head 2 weeks ago, paid for 'fast shipping 1-3 days', nothing, no email to say it's being shipped. I follow up, no response. I call them, they don't even have the part that I ordered and said there is an 'unexpected warehouse delay'. Terrible company, go elsewhere

I ordered a couple of filters for my Phillips Air Purifier. I highly recommend this Company for both customer service and very competitive pricing. I had a small delivery issue (my fault completely) and communication was excellent and resolved quickly.

I ordered a vacuum head with this company online. At no stage did they ask for a serial number. When the item arrived, it didn't fit my cleaner. Vacuum Spares refunded the cost of the head only and not the cost of shipping to and fro. I cannot believe they are that tight. Please use another company. I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

After some initial confusion caused by a chat bot I placed an order. Now we all know that a charger for a modern DC31 Stick vacuum is 100% compatible with a "Legacy" DC31 MOTORHEAD Handheld vacuum. Thanks team.

I needed a replacement powerhead for my Dyson V7 SV11 and thought I'd get the Dyson Outsize powerhead as it's larger. Found one on the Vacuum Spares website for $319.. The item listing said it's fully compatible with my model and GENUINE. Thought I'd call first just to confirm. Spoke with an Asian lady and she said that's correct so I placed the order. 4 days later the head arrives and it doesn't work. After over 20 emails I'm still going around in circles with these ass clowns. They wanted photos and video evidence which were provided. Finally they gave me a return label after filing a complaint with consumer affairs. Now they're saying IF I'm eligible for a full refund I have to wait 14 days for their team to inspect it! They're treating me as if I broke it! It's a counterfeit for a start and I've since learnt that those Outsize heads do not work with the V7.

I bought a replacement vacuum adapter in November 2022. As of May 2023 it no longer locks into my vacuum. Vacuumspares wanted a video of me before they consider a refund, and then refused because the purchase was more than 30 days ago. I've lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. Avoid this company!

I purchased a dyson part from these ppl on 11th September 2022 and paid for FAST SHIPPING they only posted said item on 16th September 2022 gave me excuse after excuse and spiel bout covid staff shortages etc etc i work in logistics i know the flow of cargo and using Covid is just a cop out and tired of lazy companies like this using it as an excuse. These people held payment 5 days then posted.? On their website it claims next day despatch and fast shipping.? Auspost has 23rd-29th September as delivery dates..!! quicker to get in 4 days from UK honestly..!! Won't ever use these ppl again no matter what is written on their site as it is BS anyhow..Do not believe a word on their site 18 days is NOT fast shipping in any language..!!!
