Nice hubs, fit perfect no issues, shipping was slow but it was usps fault, usps lost one of my hubs and Titan shipped a replacement right out no questions but usps was really slow and it took 10 days to get them but again not Titans fault, They were shipped out on or the business day! I would definitely buy from again!!

NEVER Order for this pos company ever! Got wheel spacers and they made my truck shake and the one spacer broke into three pieces. Won’t give me my refund they are a scam.

The most GARBAGE company i have ever done ANY business with. Stay away from them and I hope that they are shut down and anyone making a livelihood from this company should be ashamed of working with such a SHITTY business. I ordered 2 TWELVE 12MM Spacers for my Infiniti. I waited about a week or 2 for them. The spacers showed up and ofcourse even on the PACKAGING LABEL, it says 2 12mm 5x114 66.1 spacers but OFCOURSE this SHITTY company sent me 2 FIFTEEN 15MM Spacers and I called over 100 times and they NEVER answered the phone. I hope whoever owns it gets shut down because you don't deserve to work with the public!!!!!!

The wheel spacers themselves look to be good quality but the customer service of this company is trash. I reached out regarding damage done to my wheel spacers due to them shipping them with the lugs facing each other(not using any bubble wrap for protection), damaging the finish along with making a few indentions. I contacted the company since they ask you to contact them before making a review but I haven’t heard anything back in over a week so now I’m writing a review. Titan if you see this review do better with packaging and customer services.. product is up to par everything else is not.

Ordered adapters 4/28/23, received 3/1/23. Wrong parts shipped. They do not respond to phone calls, emails or questioning by web. I have now involved the BBB and Michigan attorney general’s office. This is not a reputable buisness it’s a circus. All I wanted is for you to respond by either a full refund or replace with right parts. But you’ve chosen the not too! So it will be my mission to let as many know about your rip off operation as I can. People don’t buy from the circus. They are not reputable by any meaning of the word.

I ordered spacers that the description said came with all the hardware I needed. It did not. When I contacted customer support they said I only ordered spacers and when I sent a picture of the description, they quit talking to me. And now if I want to return the lies they mailed it will cost me 20% of the original price and I will have to pay for shipping. Dishonest thieves wheel accessories.com should be the name of this s&@t show

I ordered spacers and they came in 4 days!! Look amazing, I don’t even want to bolt them on. The machine work is stellar , the hub centric fit was perfect. Fastest install ever and came with the lugs needed. Ride great seem super strong, like I don’t even have spacers. Will order again a+++ thanks titan crew

Good product and fast shipping. I did wish the torque specs came with the adaptor so I just went with standards spec.for my truck.

The wheel adapters I ordered for my Trailblazer came on time and fit great, but 3 months after they were installed i noticed a wobble in my driver/rear wheel. 4 out of 6 of the bolts had broken off. They appear to be made out of some janky pot metal crap and as a father of 5 lil girls I am quite upset that my kids safety was extremely vulnerable as I put faith in what I assumed to be a quality American made product. Furthermore I have yet to get anyone to answer the phone about the issue.
