Product in great condition. Didn't resolve problem with my vacuum, but not their problem either. Easy to find what I thought I needed, and received within a week.

Ordered a vacuum via eBay. the item arrived sooner than expected packed very safely not original box but this was in the advert and packed better then original anyway. All extra parts included. clean tidy ready to go still fantastic little vacuum. And price very well. thanks will recommend to anyone after a cheap vacuum.

Hey man, I had a vacuum cleaner that wouldn't stand up. It Needed a specific piece that had broken due to time and overuse. Honestly, this job was way down on my honey do list, but it had finally come up... And I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't know the name in the vacuum. I didn't know the model of the vacuum. I didn't know where to find that information on the vacuum. This site got me all of that Information, and more. It had a Flippin blue print or whatever you call it, so finding the part and the part number identification was a snap. I clicked on some form of " add to cart", and in a few days my part arrived. I tinkered. I tweaked. I poked and prodded...and with the aid of the diagram, I was able keep my vacuum upright. Thanks.

I was looking for an OEM part for my Dyson vaccuum and Vaccuum Direct had the absolute best price of all websites I checked. Delivery was speedy and I was rather pleased with whole experience. Also as a sidebar comment I was surprised after ordering that the vendor was in Michigan, the state I was born and raised in.

Finding the needed product was easy, placing the order and payment process was easy and quick. The part was exactly what I needed and shipped out quick. Only issue was the shipping notice came via email after the product already arrived in my email. But USPS is always unreliable with shipping notices, so I’m sure the company received it late. Would definitely recommend and will likely buy my next vacuum from here.

BE CAREFUL when purchasing from this company … great service on the front end but then when it comes to returns, they go silent. Their own Return Policy on their website encourages you to call first to receive a RMA before mailing a returned item back. I have called and emailed several times with no response. By the way, you only have 30 days to return items … interesting how silent they are.
