From the first online encounter, thru the face to face planning of our 2017 vacation, the staff was couterious, efficient, and helpful. During our stay at Madeira Beach Yacht club condos they were helpful. There had been routine maintenance services scheduled for the air conditioning, this was coordinated so that their was inconvenience to us. The condo was accurately described and the photos describing unit and complex were also accurate. For these reasons we are using this service again. I recommend you to anyone. Susan Morrow

Very easy reservations and check in and check out was a breeze. The Condo was exactly as described. Very pleasant stay at St. Augustine FL.

We had 2 minor problems but a phone call to the office cleared everything up. Very prompt and friendly service .

Since "the new company " has started I have received a request for a deposit which I had already paid, and then a further request for a interim payment not due, followed by a email stating my reservation had been cancelled and my deposit lost. This was only corrected after I had to telephone vacation rentals from the United Kingdom incorporating more stress and costs. I have finally had confirmation this was all a administration error, yet the stress this called myself and my wife was quite overwhelming.

Crescent Beach was a great place to vacation. Vacation Rental Pros was an outstanding, professional rental agency who handled all the details and was answered any questions that may have come up. I recommend them highly.

I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer.

This year will be the first year of dealing with Vacation rentals pros as they have just bought out Waterfront. We have in the past been very pleased with the condo we have rented for the past several years as well as the staff we have dealt with at Waterfront. It was a great location. 7 siblings joined us and we enjoyed the week.
Considering another similar type vacation - same time and general area.

We have stayed at Sea Rocket 6 for weekend getaways at least 10 times in the past several years and still love the facility. Since we live only about an hour away, we have always appreciated early check in and late check out when the unit has not been occupied immediately before or after our stay. However, under new Vacation Rental Pros management, early check in and late check out are now prohibited, regardless of occupancy, because of the strict cleaning schedule. Because of this, we have found a new facility in the same area with a less stringent policy and no cleaning charge. We will miss Sea Rocket 6 but need to get the most out of our mini-vacations in the Tampa Bay area.

Well maintained and furnished condo. Nothing was over looked down to paper clips. Appliances were top of the line and like new. Beds and bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Rental agent was polite, helpful and pleasant.

We have rented from Vacation Rental Pros many times. We have never been disappointed with any of our rentals. Each of them have been exactly as represented! We travel with our beagle. There has never been a time that any of the properties have had "doggie odor". Always clean! Since I like to cook and pretty much cook every meal, I'm always amazed that each kitchen has had decent cookware and utensils. Once we had an issue with WIFI, it was repaired immediately. Another time at another property, the AC went out. Again, it was taken care of ASAP. No excuses. We will be staying again January, February and part of March in VRP property. If Vacation Rental Pros didn't deliver exactly what they promised, I wouldn't be a multi repeating customer!
