Awesome customer service when we reserved the house ( the lady was very helpful) and once we arrived. Had an issue with the hot water however it was rectified the same day we notified the rental company. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Palm Coast for Christmas.

We stayed in a condo in Lovers Key Florida. Check in was easy with the Vacation Rental Pros local office. The condo was as presented on website and we will definitely stay there next year. Overall very pleased with pricing , service and accommodations.

Was very impressed with the place we stayed very clean and had a wonderful time. Everyone was very friendly . The minute we got there I called and rebook Looking forward to being there again this year

My family and I have stayed in Palm Coast with VRP they have always been very courteous been on top of any problem we had. We've felt right at home. This is the first year we haven't had a family reunion. But next year we will return. We've had 4 glorious years of memories and can't wait to make.

The house that we rented was great, described well and very clean. When I recently contacted VRP to try to get some information about a house just down the street from our previous rental the agent seemed reluctant to try to contact the owners for the information I requested. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Otherwise it would have been a 5.
Hopefully we can get this issue resolved soon.

The condo and pools and workout room were fantastic. Beach was rocky with pebbles unlike most Glorida white sand beaches. Only issue was at checkin when door handle broke after I entered resulting in my being trapped inside and family with dogs stuck outside until a locksmith came to fix the door. After 8 hour drive, this was a bad start for vacation. This should have been fixed since it was obviously broken before we arrived.

Condo was very nice. A few issues with patio slider and the patio furniture was rusty, really not usable. You cannot beat the views from the fourth floor though...outstanding! The pool is gorgeous but no real access to the ocean unless you are nimble enough to balance over larger rocks/boulders to get to the ocean. Again, killer views, no easy access to ocean.

What I like most about Vacation Rental Pros is the fact that each rental is supplied with starter products. We really didn't have to bring much of anything as far as the essentials go (t.p., paper towels, soap, etc.)!

All 26 of my family members retreat to Palm Coast for Thanks Giving and I have used Vacation Rental Pros, because they make it very easy to find the space that we need.
They are truly professional in the service they provide.
They are very helpful in coming up with options to accommodate my family and guest and the rates are reasonable for the accommodations that are provided.
I would only suggest that you inquire about the latest updates that may have taken place from year to year.

Excellent rental company and property in Flagler Beach. We've stayed at several of their properties over the last 5-6 years and enjoy every week we're at the beach. We never have any issues and never want to go home!

Everything was great! The cabin was clean. There was a hot tub on the back porch. There was a jacuzzi in the bedroom. We have stayed in the same cabin for 3 years and plan to stay again this year.

The house was definitely "old Florida". Built in the 1960s it showed its age. The toilets ran 24/7 and the sinks clogged but the view was worth any plumbing issues. The sun room on the back of the home let nice breezes in and once again the view was perfect. The house sits steps away from the beach and water. The beach was never crowded. We felt
like we had our own piece of paradise for a week. We didn't have any issues or concerns at all with renting through VRP and the free beach equipment came in very handy and was appreciated.

My adult children and I spent a perfect week in a beautiful house . Everything was as described . The pictures didn't do the house justice . The only problem we had was the very busy road, and trying to get out . The bushes were overgrown and it was dangerous being unable to adequately see . Would have loved to visit again but the house isn't available . We have chosen a condo in St. Augustine this time and are excited about the our upcoming stay !

The property itself has a good location. It was not that far from the beach and steps away from the pool. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the privacy. Our property was unfortunately in need of some updates and some repairs. We would like to return ne t summer but not stay at this property. We loved being in walking distance to the marina and the lighthouse. It was a beautiful island.

We have tried 5 houses in 5 years, but found very different standards in each. As we became more savvy in our choice making, we got better at choosing a house. The bottom line is the bottom line. In other words price matters. Don't believe the number of guests that can comfortable sleep in a house if your group is all adults, unless they are willing to share double beds or sleep on pull out couches.
