Been a customer since last year. It used to have more channels then including HBO and Showtime, but I mainly used it to watch the Angels/MLB. This year, everything was fine, except when I traveled outside of the country and forgot to renew my monthly subscription, when I returned I wasn't allowed to renew. And it appears that I'm not alone. Apparently, Uzzu isn't allowing any "new" customers, meaning the service might be shutting down soon. So, if you're still a customer, be careful about not allowing your account to expire, or you won't be allowed back in.

Is was good for awhile was a customer for a year then all of a sudden couldnt renew my subscription and they provided to explination or anything just simply an automated email saying they arent taking on any new members and arent letting people renew thier subscription ..so that kinda stinks to be left with no explanation etc..

I've been a customer since February 2021 and was also denied renewal last month. I thought it was just me and I wrote about it. But I see others being restricted as well. It seems this company will come to and end soon. So if you paid for an annual subscription. Don't be surprised if it goes dark and you receive a refund for the balance remaining. This was an awesome platform while it lasted particularly for someone like me who can't afford much these days.

Great while it was accessible. Now i cant resubscribe. Arbitrary IN that no one Will tell me why. Is it headed down the tubes. Locked out of watching the Braves the WORLD SERIES CHAMPS ONCE AGAIN! What a horrible way to conduct bisiness. Does anyone have answers?

Can't watch or renew now I can't find another affordable place to watch the astros. Damn

I also have tried to renew my subscription and was told they are not renewing Have sent many emails and have not gotten anywhere This is very frustrating never had a problem before Really want to watch my MLB

I have been a loyal customer since April 2021 and all of a sudden I can’t renew my subscription. I have sent 4 emails to them about it and the response is just that they are not renewing or adding new customers at this time. They will not say any more, which is very frustrating for a huge MLB fan that can’t watch her team anywhere else. Does anyone have any answers?

We got UZZU for a year and are happy with it. We are sports fanatics so it suits us well to use this app for the price you can’t go wrong. We have had no issues so far and have had the app since last year

Have had Uzzu for over a year. Worked great on Roku test but when we were forced to use Firestick the past two months have had a lot of freezing. Now the past two days it will run a loop of about 15 seconds, then repeat, repeat, repeat. It not only does it on Bally Sports but I tried Fox and the Weather Channel. Same result. I am in Wisconsin. The problem needs to be fixed.

Impossible to watch the baseball game. Continually stops, restarts, replays and freezes. I was happy with it the past couple of years but 2022 is HORRIBLE.

UzzuTV is fantastic AND its customer service is as well. My account was having some serious streaming “hiccups”. I sent them a message and got an e-mail in about 5 minutes. They had already done a “refresh” of my account and just like that it was all fixed.

Uzzu continues to be too good to be true……yet very very true.

Fix it !!! Or give me my money back !!!! FREEZE FREEZE FREEZE

I have been super happy with Uzzu.tv for the past 2 years but all of a sudden it has started to mess up. It streams for about 15 seconds and then replays that 15 seconds five times then it plays a new 15 seconds and then plays that 5 times. Any help?

I have written several emails about my uzzu app not working and when it does it freezes up constantly. I email and someone gives me something to try and they say waiting on your response and that’s the end of the conversation. I am ready to cancel this if I can’t get help

I have been vocal about this service's ability to offer so many sports broadcasts. I have enlightened many to UZZU.TV's abilities. Today I am quite disheartened!

I was watching my favorite baseball team. They had gotten to the heart of the game, score being 4-3 in seventh inning. The game did not end. The video did! I am left listening to the remainder of the game on the radio, just as I had done before subscribing. This is not the first time I have had the feed go out. Extremely disheartened that it is so erratic.

Games are not staying on. Keeps stalling

I signed up and immediately could not access my account with correct user name and password. I’ve had absolutely no service from Uzzu. Yet I cannot get a refund as well as they have charged my card Twice for a service I can’t use and now do not want!!!!!!

I have loved this app from the beginning, but, recently it is freezing up , buffering A LOT!! Any advise?
