been a customer for well over a year my second year will be in march have already renewed for my third year its great i have no regrets best sports app ever every game mlb nfl nba and nhl also alot of college stuff as well get everything espn and anything i have not mentioned if was to purchase all these services all seperate such as mlb extra innings nfl plus nhl center ice ect i am certain all these services combined could cost a tone more not to mention with blackout but with uzzu it in general runs flawless more time than not i will be a lifetime subscriber i found through exp that it runs best with the fire stick along with a good or decent internet speed minimal would be 20 mbps for atleast one single device if running more than higher speed would be recommended

To all you dorks that are complaining, figure it out or go pay $200+month for 7 other streaming services.

Have bought 2 Firesticks, 1 year subscription and after 2 months still unable to access UZZU.TV. Have requested refund 3 times via EMail and still NO refund or response from ZAYN or anybody from Customer Service.

The website says no buffering or any issues like that, but we have issues ALL THE TIME. It constantly buffers and most of the time, we have to restart the app in order for it to work again. It will also kick us out of the app many times. A huge waste of money and highly DO NOT recommend.

We had UZZU for a year and it worked pretty well. I renewed our subscription for another year and about that time the service started working terrible. We had many times during each program where the streaming kicked us out using Roku. We were not able to watch shows. UZZU suggested we get a FireStick as their app wasn’t working with Roku. They said the would refund 1/2 the cost of the FireStick. We never received a refund. The app did not work with the FireStick as it freezes every couple minutes. Their website says you can cancel anytime. It also says no freezing. But I requested a refund and they said they don’t refund, just don’t renew. So I would be paying for 10 months I can’t use. I just want my money back for 10 months and my $15 refund for the FireStick. They don’t even respond to my emails which is the only form of contact.

Why is springtv.me saying no video. I have a paid subscription until Dec. cant not watch tv please help

I had great success watching StL Cardinal games last year and this year up until last week when they suddenly disappeared. I'm guessing the consumer SCAM known as MLB.com has everything to do with this. Bunch if crap! MLB.com is a COMPLETE SCAM! Blackouts galore.

I took out a 1 year subscription with UZZU this April using Roku to stream their channel. Without any warning my access was pulled this past week on three tvs in two different states. I tried reconnecting on all three without any success. UZZU tech support is nonexistent. How do why get the balance of my money back from this?

I've been using this service since last year. Unable to renew my subscription. When I emailed, their reply was very vague. I tried calling but they don't seem to be open. This was my only way to watch MLB. I'm very disappointed.

They were good but now they are history. I also got the message we no longer can accept renewals or new customers. The Party is over. Would take a miracle for them to come back

It’s nice to be able to get Bally sports Midwest unfortunately a good portion of the time they carry the wrong feed so you don’t really get Bally sports Midwest you get the opponents sports channel and commentators which is not really what I’m paying for.

They suddenly canceled my account with time remaining on it and won't take renewals and won't refund me balance on 6-17-22. I think the finally got shut down.

As others have mentioned, my monthly subscription ran out on 06/13/22 and I tried to renew on 06/17/22. I got the following message from Uzzu Customer Support:

We do really apologize for the inconvenience dear. Our new policies are not accepting the entries (new accounts / renew subscriptions) for the time being.
If there is any acceptance we'll let you know via email.

We had and used UZZU TV for months. Then got dropped dont know why cant sign back in or renew services ??

Used last year to watch mlb ok. This year have severe buffering early on and now can’t get a list of available games. No tech support that I can find.

Been a paying customer for several months. And now just out of the blue, can’t renew my service??? No reason as to why. Just nothing. Pitiful

horrible. I have been using uzzu for a couple of years. I use it on my work computers and all. But now it's "no product available" when I go to re-up????

I too was locked out for no reason, I tried to renew or reup and the website said I couldn't. I have had no payment issues or anything else. What a crappy way to do business.
