Our Case Manager is very efficient and wonderful to work with. Her communication with our company is always top notch and we are very grateful that she keeps us up to date on all aspects of our registration process. We have absolutely no complaints with this company.

I have been trying to contact our Case Manager for over a week, and we have been trying to renew since May. They tell us there is nothing they can do to expedite the process, but since I cannot get ahold of anyone, I can't even get a statement saying as much to present for an audit THIS WEEK. I have called and emailed my case manager, the main number, even the case manager's supervisor....infuriating.

Emerlee Trevino did a phenomenal job for us helping to navigate through an unexpectedly difficult SAM renewal after expiration. She then single-handedly addressed a change of address without my lifting a finger. We will use USFCR every year going forward.
