purchased Federal Matchmaking Event paid $2,250 order # 2680 and they never performed. looking at invoice there no date They disappeared. I asked for refund and of course they never responded.

I had a terrible experience. There were a misunderstanding on filling out the form, which took months to resolve. Many emails and phone conversations were exchanged, but the process was so slow that it fell fruitless. When an American collaborator started participating in the conversation, the USFCR's staff appeared to only return to her. Although we constantly said I was responsible for the organization, the staff would ignore so many of my temptation to contact them. After way too long, we got our registration on SAM. Too late, and we lose our dateline. After a few months, my email started getting crowded with emails from USFCR alerting me about expiration data on SAM. I tried to contact them several times, and I was completely ignored. When my American colleague tried to contact the staff, she got a feedback. And even though the information was wrong. They informed her that this alarm was given 90 days before the expiration date, but it started around six months before! And the most absurd is that I, the responsible, was never answered while an American collaborator was. Is this by chance or straight forward action of xenophobia?

The service from my Case Manager Kiersten was outstanding. Quick response and a proactiveness beyond my expectations.

I do not want to give any stars at this time. Just reading the negative reviews I see that people has lost there money due to negligence of this particular cooperation. As much as I need help with getting contracts for my business I am afraid to do so at this time being that I do not have money to just throw away.

We enrolled with USFCR on May 2022 and paid 3500$ in advance. Our Case Manager Ms. Amanda does not respond to calls and just replies to emails once a month after multiple reminders have been sent. My last call was with Mr. Peter, who onboarded us initially. He just shared a CRM report claiming follow-ups and services they have done as part of our registration process and has assured completion of the registration in one month (this happened jan 2023); now he does not respond to my emails. Literally, I have sent him three follow-up emails since our last call. After reviewing the report shared with us, to my surprise, it just had the list of follow-up emails and calls I made. I have been following up with them for the past nine months, and to date, there is no positive feedback from them; I signed up with this company seeing their 4+ Reviews on google and their highly professional website.  But reading through the reviews now and from our experience, I really don't think that is 100% true and should be a paid review. 
I have also tried contacting multiple officers @USFCR via LinkedIn, but none of them have responded. 

We were promised registration in 3 weeks, and it's been over nine months. If you are based in the USA, please thoroughly study the company before investing. We wouldn't recommend companies outside the USA; you must undergo the same situation: # totaldissapointment and Moneywaste. I would recommend, even if you signup, only pay after they have delivered the service. Their advance payment policy leaves you with no choice but to wait to hear back from them. We really did not feel valued as a customer. We could have invested that money elsewhere.

Connor Gallagher at USFCR was very professional and informative. I needed to cancel our registration and he was very helpful in doing this

USFCR=A BIG EXPENSIVE JOKE! They communicate effectively when they’re awaiting upfront payment of $3,500.00 for their service….that NEVER Materializes! We went to USFCR for them to help our company to attain government contracts! It is now 8 months later and we are no closer! In the beginning another perk was “ oh- there is millions and billions of dollars set aside if you are a woman owned business”, and I am. But get this- they recently told me that I would need a certificate that only they could help me get to be considered a woman - owned business. Oh, and there’s a $5,000.00 fee. It’s hard to be done with USFCR because we paid for their services! All I can say is STAY AWAY! Total fraud! They capitalize on one’s ignorance when attempting to navigating the government landscape for your business purposes!
And their fee ($3,500.00)and gimmicks would be better tolerated if they would actually deliver on their promises! Nope 👎

I didn't have the time to get my SAMS registration corrected and reimplemented. Jillian completed the task in around 30 days which is amazing when dealing with the government. It was worth the money. Thank you!

Working with USFCR's grant department has been a very smooth process.
I contacted USFCR's Grant Department in October asking for assistance with the USDA's Fertilizer Production Expansion Program Grant.
Alissa Wika was my main point of contact who guided me through all aspects of the application. The expertise of their team in support of this grant application was well worth it.
