This has been a process for me. I am not adroit at the
computer. I know, I frustrated your staff. For the only reason, that I just don't know. (Anything). They were
genuinely concerned with my mission. They stuck to it, they were positive in a human way.( With their vernacular and cadence.) They kept communication open. I appreciate that. If I needed question to be answered, they were answered in a reasonable time.
My weakness, was at that time, I was working M-F 12 hours a day. It is/was a effective and efficient experience.
Being honest, always look for better ways of tagging or communicating to individuals such as myself to keep them involved and trust in the voyage.

USFCR for the WIN! USFCR first contacted me when I thought I wouldn't need them to fill out my SAM registration. I quickly realized how much I would need them and Mike Trupke came to the rescue. I highly recommend this firm.

Alize and the entire USFCR team worked hard and completed my federal registrations.

We were approached by USFCR at a conference, and they spoke repeatedly about how they are able to achieve a 42% acceptance with their bids. Our company went through "an internal evaluation to make sure that the company was a good fit". We were "accepted" and quoted $10,000/ month. Two team members even flew in to meet us.

We paid a first payment of $30,000, and after the first three months of understandably establishing the prerequisites, we were surprised to notice the team was rather inexperienced and we had to do most of the screening job for them, and do a lot of handholding through the process.

Months passed by, and unfortunately only 4 bids were submitted in 9 months with zero acceptance.

Needless to say, we really wanted this to work but the ROI was null and we were bleeding through cash uselessly.

We informed them about our intent to stop and the program manager did not even have the minimal courtesy of answering.

I would advise you to look at alternatives before. the same job can be done at <5% of their quoted fees.

False misrepresentation and misleading intentions.
If you are just trying to get registered with the SAM for US Federal Government grants, please beware of the misleading strategies the USFCR may use to deceive you into believing they are a program that works for the government, without exactly stating it. The following is the basic outline of how I was misled to pay for a service that is actually free.
After looking on BING for how to register for the SAM, I had a call from the Registration & Contract Specialist, named Johnathon Vogel. The Registration & Contract specialist claimed “They are the way to register for the SAM.” I clarify if they worked for the government. Mr. Vogel stated, “This is a real program, and they are the way to register for the SAM”. In various conversations he strategically implies this is the way to register for the SAM. At no point in any of our calls did he clarify they are not representing the government or that the SAM registration is free. Instead, he strategically made statements to mislead me and redirect my questions.
I had a bid due Aug 9th and I needed both to be registered and complaint. Mr. Vogel directly sent a one-time payment link to my email. No receipt, no contract or anything else was stated about the services or provided to me in writing. I simply continued to operate on the understanding of the services provided by Mr. Vogel's calls.
On August 9th I was not registered as the owner of my business with the username nor password in SAM and despite writing my own bid, US FCR making no attempt to help me become compliant. I was confused about what USFCR was so at 10:20 am PST I called Mr. Vogel and clarified. He strategically avoided clarifying statements and put his sales manager on the phone. I was surprised to be talking with a sales manager because Mr. Vogle had not represented himself as a salesperson. At around 10:30 am PST the sales manager Stephanie Desautels, stated they were a consulting firm.
I asked to speak with the management. I was surprised, the sales manager Stephanie Desautels seemed to be strategically aware of the misleading behavior because she aggressively dominated the conversation. I simply tried to explain the misunderstanding and I requested a refund. Mrs. Desautels desperately held onto the funds, as if they needed them so badly. She talked down to me about how I should have been more prepared for the deception rather than apologizing and investigating the strategically deceptive calls. This leads me to believe this is either a big mistake based on two employees behaving inappropriately or it’s a part of the marketing plan to strategically deceive clients to believe they are a government program to register for SAM. After realizing this call was so horribly managed by Stephanie Desautels, I followed up in writing with upper management to request the refund. At the end of it all I was never provided with the services; I was told I paid for. I believe USFCR may have started doing things inside the SAM on behalf of my company, which I didn’t authorize. As if they took my SAM registration and claimed it for themselves. It seems someone else is working inside the SAM without direct communication to me about the specific details. This appears to me like it might be illegal behavior, but I would like to believe it’s a big misunderstanding. I hope the whole company really upholds honesty and these were two bad apples in the company that worked together to strategically mislead me. I not only feel they misrepresented themselves, but I also paid for the false representation of services I never received. All the behavior makes me feel, like I was robbed. I am waiting to see how they handle the refund. I'm still investigating if they strategically mislead clients (like me) by deceiving them to believe they represent the US Federal Government program for registering people with the SAM or if this is a big misunderstanding.

The sales guy made a lot of promises that haven’t been fulfilled and, of course, we’ve now been ghosted. Clunky system that provides very little value for the price because it’s never working properly. Might be a better experience if we had a different account manager so steer clear of Frank. Lots of money wasted this year.

I've been attempting to register since June 2022, It's been more than a year, and I still haven't been able to fully set up my account. Despite having already paid the services in full, they continue to ignore my account. When asked for a refund, they refused. Total SCAMMMM!! Don't go with this company. Hopefully, they can at least complete my account. $600 down the drain!

I believe it made a big difference when the company leadership assigned another person to my assist with my account.

At first I was getting a bit impatient but in the end it all got done and I am thankful for all their help.

SCAM! They charge $599 (as of this review) to fill out a few simple fields that you can complete yourself on the actual, official website at sam.gov.

This is similar to the scams that charge you to fill out a FAFSA or other government forms. They need the same data you would type in anyway.

Kiersten was a GREAT help. She was very clear with what was needed. She kept me informed and communicated all the change in a very timely manner. I greatly appreciate her help.

After trying this on my own on the government website, I gave up after a couple of hours. I got in touch with USFCR and Savannah got me through the process is about 20 minutes. She stayed on the phone with me the whole time and talked me through the form . They are worth every penny spent! I highly recommend these folks!

Great experience with USCFR. At first there were a few communication issues, but most recently I have been working with Savannah and she is amazing. As a new business owner its really helpful to put the administration burden of the certifications I need on an expert consultant. Thank you!
