We are thrilled with our new fitted furniture from Urban Wardrobes. The journey from the initial design phase to the final installation was flawless. The architectural plans they produced were professional and detailed, ensuring every inch of space was used perfectly.

The fitting team was punctual, respectful of our home, and worked with incredible precision. The quality of the bespoke furniture is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such high standards from start to finish. I recently had two bespoke wardrobes made by Urban Wardrobes and overall I am very happy with the final result.
The craftsmanship is solid and the finished wardrobes look great in my house, Jeff and the team clearly paid attention to detail, which I really appreciate.
I found the process took a bit longer than I expected but, to be fair, this can sometimes be the case with fully bespoke projects.
While the team was polite and very professional throughout, the project required more follow-up from my side than I had anticipated.

That being said, the quality of the finished product is very good and I’m very happy with how everything turned out in the end.
If you’re looking for bespoke joinery I would certainly recommend this company!

Lovely wardrobes, terrible service
The wardrobes themselves are lovely, and Jeff did a great job at the design stage. But the build was a disaster. It took 100 days instead of 4, my oak skirtings were ripped off, In spite of requesting at the design stage for them to remain intact and undamaged, and the project manager was uncommunicative and unresponsive. Snag fixes were repeatedly mishandled, requiring multiple unnecessary visits, and corners were cut on materials despite the £20k cost. When it came to the finishing, the company dismissed clear damage, citing their terms and conditions that allow for imperfections due to the “nature of bespoke furniture” a justification that I cannot accept for work of this cost and scale. I am still waiting for a response to my email sent in June, 3 months ago. We were going to use them for our kitchen but will never use them again. Beautiful furniture cannot make up for such poor service.

We had a really great experience with Urban Wardrobes—ordered a hallway wardrobe and two bedroom wardrobes, including one with a pull-down Italian bed system. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, the mechanism works perfectly and we’re super happy with the final result. The service throughout the planning process for my bespoke wardrobes was excellent, and I’m really pleased with both the design and quality of their products, as well as the smooth installation process. Their prices are also competitive, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stylish, well-made bespoke furniture.

I recently had a bespoke wardrobe with a built-in pull-down bed installed by Urban, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is superb, and the design perfectly fits my space.

Special thanks to Vlad for his incredible patience and flexibility with the changes I requested throughout the process. He made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it which I greatly appreciate.

The only minor downside was that the snagging process took a week instead of the initially promised three days. However, given the quality of the final product and the excellent service overall thus was a small inconvenience.

UW were great at helping us build bespoke cupboards and accommodating very specific requirements we had due to the size and location of the cupboards. They accommodated multiple design changes and were thoughtful in making suggestions to help us get what we needed. Installation within 2.5 months of first contacting them, with good craftsmanship and very friendly installers. Would definitely recommend!

Urban Wardrobes designed and delivered exactly what I wanted for 3 different projects; a boot room, a wardrobe, and built-in bookshelves. After speaking to 2 other joinery companies that couldn't make my vision a reality, Vlad, Ernie and the rest of the Urban Wardrobes team provided excellent and precise drawings of exactly what I had in mind. They delivered on time and to a very high spec. Love my wardrobes!

We have used Urban Wardrobes twice now, one for a relatively standard built-in wardrobe and once for some more bespoke pieces of furniture. Both times the team were helpful, friendly and polite and the workmanship was excellent. The first time they did damage a wall, but they came back to repair it and make good the plaster and paint within days and did a good job, so all was fine. We would definitely use them again.

Very good experience with Urban wardrobe. Found them through google looking for more modern spray painted designs which are very difficult to find in UK even through double priced larger companies (for some reason people pay thousands for hand painted non-modern wardrobes..). Later I checked their trust pilot ratings and put an order. After measurements got very detailed plans with 3 separate options that their team helped design.

My only criticism was that this process seemed to take a little longer than I would have expected, but in this case it was worth the wait. I selected Urban Wardrobes because they had great reviews and offered the style of cabinetry that I was looking for. Mykhailo was the Managing Director that helped me through the process, answered questions, and schedule the design and works for my custom wardrobe fitting. They did a great job and I had no issues with the quality of their work. The workers were all polite and efficient. I would use them again for custom cabinetry work.
