Love this lil plant shop in Northfields.
Very friendly staff, was helped by Kiki to pick out a lovely plant for my girlfriend. She also helped me name the fella.
Will be back again!!!!

Friendly, very knowledgeable and patient service. Good prices. Really lovely shop I shall go back to.

Beautiful selection, great customer service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When looking for a plant I can understand the environment they need to stay at and how often they need to be watered. Polite staff and great customer service.

Helpful staff and cosy little shop.

Great shop, brimming with awesome stock and really knowledgeable staff

Amazing shop run by lovely, charming and knowledgable Steve.

Really lovely shop - highly recommend giving it a visit! The staff are always so friendly and clearly know their stuff when it comes to plants 🌱

Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Great! The guy was super helpful and friendly. He gave me lots of tips and advice.

I visited Urban Tropicana a week ago to purchase a plant as a gift for someone close to me. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful in identifying something that would fit him well, assisting in choosing a pot, and sharing tips about maintenance and plant food. The plant in question was beautiful and he loved it! I will definitely be back time and time again.

Ordered gold leaf plant food, easy to order, and came very quickly, also had a follow up text to make sure it had been delivered. Great experience thanks

My favourite plant shop by far! Great selection, great service and they even know what plants are pet safe.

Amazing place with a energetic atmosphere

Friendly customer service, beautifully displayed plants. Thank you!

Very helpful and kind. They helped me understand plants

Great customer service and advice on indestructible plants, huge selection and reasonable prices. Strongly recommend.

They're really friendly, very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. There's an amazing selection of plants, pots, and accessories needed to grow them successfully. It's a gorgeous shop, my favourite in Chiswick

Excellent customer service, I like the fact staff talk to you like a friend and they remember regular customers names. They have wide variety of rare plants that can be difficult to get elsewhere and the prices are very reasonable. I like that the staff go out of their way to help with purchases and have great plant knowledge. I’m definitely going to continue to buy more rare plants from Urban Tropicana. I’ve already purchased many plants from UT my home is like a mini jungle. Whenever I’ve ordered plants they are perfectly packed and the staff are good at upselling.
