Excellent packed and delivery excellent as well plus they were very helpful with my questions

I was impressed. The plant was very healthy and arrived in two days. The packing ensured that the plant came in it's pot and there was no soil in the box. Many thanks to everyone at Urban Tropicana.

Always healthy good size cacti from Urban Tropicana. And they offer plants not offered by other sellers. I have bought several times from them and never been disappointed. The packaging is professional and the plants arrive in pristine condition. Very fast delivery too. Buy with total confidence.

I bought my first potted plant online from Urban Tropicana. I am very happy with the purchase. The plant was carefully packed for shipping. It arrived in excellent condition, and it’s a joy to watch it slowly grow. I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended.

I had a gift voucher and it was really easy to ise. Gorgeous plant and ceramic pot. Securely and safely packaged, it arrived absolutely perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to navigate website, photos of the actual specimens they are selling.
The cactus I bought arrived super well packaged—you can see the care and attention to detail— and healthy. I’m very happy with my purchase and will buy from Urban Tropicana again!

Hello! So I have ordered an Alocasia azlanii. I have gotten it super promptly. It was well secured and packaged inside its box. None the less I wasn’t sure how the plant will adjust to me (I have put it into a jar/cloche) and I have started to slowly remove the top for longer and longer just so the plant is okay with slightly lesser conditions. Happy to say it is pushing out its 4th leaf - which for 8cm plant is astounding. Mentioning it because I do believe if this plant wasn’t taken care so well and it wasn’t cared for at Urban Tropicana - it definitely would have tried to die on me (it is known to be fussy). Just today I have ordered another plant and got notification of it being posted pretty immediately. Fantastic service roundabout and great plant selection.

Lovely plant
Fast delivery

The plants arrived promptly, healthy and a good size for their price. This is my second shopping experience here and both have been fantastic!

Beautiful plants, all very healthy and in excellent condition. The packing of the plants was absolutely brilliant and they arrived perfect. This really a great place to get plants from, I have had a few plants from them over the years and they are all still with me and going strong , and their pricing is good as well.

Urban Tropicana is one of those rare places where everything is lovely. The shop is beautiful, the plants are stunning, and the people are genuinely kind.

Every visit starts with good intentions and ends with me leaving with another plant that I absolutely did not need but somehow couldn’t live without. The selection is always fantastic, the plants are healthy and well cared for, and there is always something unusual to tempt you.

A special mention to Steve and Lewis, who are among the loveliest people you could meet. Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and always happy to share their passion for plants. They make every visit feel like catching up with friends who just happen to be experts at encouraging your plant addiction.

My home is becoming increasingly jungle-like, my bank balance is becoming increasingly concerned, but my happiness levels have never been higher.

If you love plants, beautiful spaces, and genuinely lovely people, Urban Tropicana is an absolute gem. 🌿💚🌵✨
