Works for me
The office staff was professional, friendly, and expedient with getting me set up with a unit. She knew what she was doing and comfortable with all questions. The facility was clean secure, and well lit. I had no trouble accessing my unit, securing the door, and felt completely confident that my personal belongings were safe. I didn't really understand the open top to the units, assume it was for consistent climate control for the entire facility. The cost seems appropriate for the size of the unit.

If you need storage in Seattle in Capitol Hill or nearby neighborhoods, I can't recommend UrbanStorage Cap Hill enough. The staff there are super helpful and even nicer! And the facility is conveniently located, clean, and feels very safe.

Melissa is great
Melissa is great. She listened to my needs and made sure I was taken care of. She also acknowledged that I have been a customer for quite a while, and this small comment really went a long way in building customer loyalty for me. I felt noticed as a customer, she reviewed my file and thought about what I really wanted. It’s not the norm anymore to find someone who provides service with that level of care and attention!
