This is the first time I have used a rented storage space. I found the staff to be very, very helpful; in no way was I left to my own devices :). The building is spotless.

On very short notice I needed a place to put some furniture for a move to another city. Saw they were close to my house in dupont and gave them a call. They got me in that very day and the unit was very clean and very dry with security protections at entry and exit. 100% recommend them.

I haven't used a storage facility previously. The facility is clean and the people (person) i have dealt with is knowledgeable and helpful.

Jeg er en ellers tilfreds kunde, men her 5- 6 gang jeg handler med firmaet er de da helt faldet af hesten. Jeg startede med at bestille 2 headsæt, da mn datter skulle have det ene i fødselsdagsgave. De ankom også- men desværre ikke dem jeg havde bestilt, men nogle billigere store bøffer. Jeg skrev og bad dem sende en returlabel. - og så begyndte det. Jeg skulle sende billeder, postal code osv.
Nu 6 uger og 6- 7 mails senere (med samme indhold) tror jeg bare de satser på at køre mig træt. Så de 4 stjerner er nu gældende for tidligere handler. For denne vil jeg give dem nul

Units are clean, quality air controlled, helpful staff, good security system. The only problem was only one elevator was working at the time and need a few more carts available at both elevators. Good experience so far for my short term rental use.

Storage unit had leaves that had blown in but customer service was excellent.
