I have a wonderful experience so far. They were friendly and check on us to ensure we had the right to be there when we were storaging our items. They were very clear with the expectation and the place looked clean.

We had a great experience with Urban Storage. They were very accommodating with our needs and explained everything very well. The two staff people were courteous and answered all our questions.

We needed a space for our travel trailer and it was very easy to sign up on a month to month rental. All new cameras and good solid gate. Easy to park space.

The manager was, we feel, was understaffed. Left alone to manage this huge facility.. The owners of this business should be embarrassed to the hilt. Try to hire staff to help this manager.

Clean facilities, excellent service!

Nice facility, friendly staff...24 hour Access has made my experience much less of a hassle compared to my previous storage facility. Only issue was an encounter from another customer triggering a false alarm, which police responded to check the facility which is the standard whenever an alarm is triggered, unfortunately the officers that responded felt the need to not only interrogate me, but went as far as to frisk me, even though the alarm was from a completely different area of the facility, and I had proven I was indeed a customer and had legal right to be on the premises.
I can say that the staff seemed to take the issue seriously when I spoke with them the following day, and I'm very satisfied with my experience in spite of that incident.

I had just moved to Seattle Washington from Washington DC. Tom is the Gentleman I first met at front desk, he offered me all the necessary information and assistance until when he assigned me into a storage unit.
Very smart, helpful and decent. The place is well organized and security and COVID-19 guidelines are their priorities.
I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage place in Seattle Washington.

Only gave 4 because of the way the rv spots are layed out. Place is clean and friendly. Well guarded and close to my home
