So happy with my new unit the heat comes out of the floor You can really tell that it is heated storage.

Really appreciated that they stayed an extra 90 min in the office beyond closing so I could get there with moving truck and get registered for my storage unit.

I got a unit cause they offered a percentage off for first 3 months. As I discovered the unit was too small I paid for an upgrade. The percentage off was cancelled because their rule is the percentage off is for what you choose first, even tho I’m paying more for an upgrade! It’s a good thing I only need storage for a month or just 2.
To be fair, the staff is friendly and does their job well. It’s the policies of this storage corporation that are not friendly to the customer. That percentage off should stay when you upgrade. I think a lot of people discover they chose a unit that’s too small and this corporation uses that to cancel the offer that brought you in to begin with.

Person at the desk was very helpful and attentive. The facilities were clean and new. I felt very comfortable storing my stuff here.

Love the layout. Friendly front desk. Your folks really made it easy to sign up and facilitated out uhaul rental.
One suggestion would be to have the uhaul upon returned not left in the few parking spaces in front of your building

These guys are amazing at this storage place everybody that works there is amazing the customer service is amazing I've been coming here for probably 10 years maybe but when I need them they're there for me if it's an emergency they will get you in a unit as soon as possible they work deals it's just it's like we're family to them and it's the best place to go for your storage unit keep up the good work you guys you're amazing
