I was a little suspect about ordering from them because of their very reasonable prices, even though I saw some of their merchandise on Hoda & Jenna. But when I received my short white tweed jacket, I was blown away by the quality both on the outside, the inside lining and even the buttons!!!! It’s absolutely beautiful!! I’ve worn it a two times already and a few people asked if it was Chanel!! I’m already looking at other pieces they have that I would love to own. Check them out! You will not be disappointed at all!!

My experience with Urban Revivo is truly fantastic. They are very fast and efficient!!! I discovered them quite by accident, and since I love tweed, I ordered 4 short jackets and tweed shorts. Everything is beautiful, the quality is amazing, I am literally delighted and I am sure that I will wear them for many years. A recommendation for everyone. I will certainly leave my impressions on the site about each item individually. Thank you very much Urban Revivo for everything, you are wonderful.

The thing I like the most about this UR, is the chic design and how well-made their clothing are, they are true to their pictures, and the quality can guarantee a few years of wear. They feel high end expensive but you know you didn’t pay a lot. They arrive around 10 days. And the return process is fairly easy as well. Overall I highly recommend this website is you like high fashion but refuse to pay designer price

Great customer service and great quality clothes. Have ordered twice now and very happy with all my purchases. One of my sizes was too small and when I contacted them they were able to resolve it promptly. Their sizes run small so make sure to order a size or two up. Love their piece and are timeless which is awesome.

Finally gave into the sponsored ads and I was pleasantly surprised. I bought 4 items 3 sweaters and a skirt. The quality in each item was what will have me return as a client, great quality. Only down side is UR is not size inclusive. I have clients that are US L 10/12and XL and can't find anything on the site that doesn't go past a US Medium

Such a cute boot! So glad I finally got it this season.
Only down side is the packaging, one of my boots has a really bad crease in the side flap from being bent during shipping. The company should make sure boots especially with this style are placed properly in the bags.
Otherwise, the fit is good - I typically wear an 8.5/9. I ordered the 8.5 and it was fine with a thin sock.

The jacket that I ordered is nice and I have shopped at Urban Revivo over the years, but when I was in the actual stores in Southeast Asia. As far as being at home here in Los Angeles and recently placing my first online purchase, that was a headache. I got e-mails stating that there was an exception to my delivery. What exception? And where was an explanation to what the exception was? Then, I was told to contact the carrier, but there was no info as to whom the carrier was. Go figure. On e-mail, I was also told that the item had been sent back to the sender. Huh??? It got to the point where I had to e-mail Urban Revivo's customer service and ask where my package was as I didn't have time to continue to be inconvenienced with this situation. Well, suddenly the next day my package was delivered. When I arrived home, I found the Urban Revivo box sitting at my door. But, I have no idea what delivery service made the delivery.
I give three stars for the actual clothing item, although proportions are usually a bit off with Urban Revivo clothes as far as my body type goes. I'm a little over 5 feet 6 inches tall/ 170cm and wear both a U.S. size 8 and 10 in clothing. The jacket that I ordered was a size XL and the sleeves are definitely shorter than I would prefer them to be and also even though it's a cropped jacket, it's cropped shorter than any of my non-Urban Revivo cropped jackets. But, I'll keep the jacket as it will serve its function.
As for the delivery process, I would give 2 stars.

I purchased a denim dress that turned out amazing. I was skeptical about the quality but it was nice and fit perfectly in my body. I’m 5’7 and 145, the medium was perfect with a little stretch. I will definitely purchase items again

The quality was great but unfortunately they were too short and tight for my body. Have been trying to get a response email on how to return my purchase. VERY poor customer service. Would love to order again but will not because I am unsure of sizing and to return is virtually impossible. UPDATE: They have since reached out and helped me return it!

The quality of cardigans are really good for the price I paid too. It took one week to receive the goods so it was pretty fast in my opinion. I like all the items I received and I am happy with my experience with UR. Definitely recommend buying UR for everyone else looking for fashionable items with fair price!

The quality of the clothes is good, just be absolutely sure of the size you want because returning an item for a refund is nearly impossible. They make the process so tedious and frustrating. Even though the quality is good , I won’t be purchasing again because of issues if you have to return an item.

Didn’t receive my jacket and they claim they delivered it . They sent me a photo of the package with the label as proof of delivery. Which meant nothing . I went on the shipping company website and there is another picture of the package on the floor next to a Pole With the address on it . So they left the package on the floor instead of taking the elevator to the 12th floor as per my shipping instructions.. who does that ??They asked me to call the shipping company and deal with it. I just tried calling them and they are super busy and been put on hold!! Not happy at all and would never buy anything from this website again !!

It’s my 3rd purchase on this website, I’m pretty satisfied so far with my purchase, but before adding to cart, you’d better to check each one’s size chart coz it might different from one to one.

Pretty speedy and lots of updates on the way. The site didn't have my size when I first saw the shoes I purchased but they restocked & let me know when they were available. Happy with the boots so far, light weight and cute. Hoping they stand the test of time.

This dress is very well made! I saw it on Jenee Naylor and instantly knew I had to have it. Buy the dress! I got the xl which fits a size 12.

I wish there was a zero star option!! Any of the positive reviews on here are a scam!!!! Do not purchase from here. You need to be 1,000% sure that whatever you buy will fit and the fabric won’t look cheap bc they make returns impossible!! I’m in the U.S. for reference!! This whole company is a scammmmm
