I would never purchase another item from this company again! I needed to return an item since the item description did not match what I got. The company informed me that shipping costs would be included since this is a quality issue and to submit a copy of my receipt for a refund. After over two weeks of not receiving any refund, I sent a message asking for a status. Urban Revivo refunded me with the cost of the item, but not the shipping costs. Once again, I inquired about the shipping costs several times. They have completely ignored my messages.

I am most upset about the process to refund an order in 2024. I’m also upset about this company not standing on their promise to refund me the shipping costs. This is not a trustworthy company that I would deal with ever again. I would advise others to stay away to avoid these issues.

I reached out to Customer Service for a return I had made (loved the item but purchased wrong size) and quickly received a response and they resolved the issue.

My last order of V-Neck knitted cardigan (L), Chunky hoop earrings and Sleeveless Crew Neck Midi Dress - White (L).
All items were of a superior quality & exceeded my expectations. I've worn the earring non stop without any irritation and they look classy.
I had the dress (L) taken in at the back as was little big on the shoulders, again superior quality materials it looks expensive and now fits like bespoke garment!
The cardigan was too big and I wrote to customer service to exchange for a smaller size however they kindly replaced item without having to exchange the larger size. I'm very pleased with purchases and impressed with the level of customer service.
FYI I'm usually a size 10-12 UK size

Clothes are not true to size, and when you return, you are in for a wrestle and a tug of war to get your refund. Urban Revivo keep confirming that they have processed the refund; but then it never actually reaches your bank account.

This happened with a previous purchase as well and I was silly enough to buy from them again. Turns out it wasn't a one off. This is how they operate. I will now make a claim with my bank to get the refund and they will never see my business again. Dishonesty does not create return customers and is a pretty short sighted business strategy.

Edit: I finally got my refund after posting this review. UR's response that it was Chinese New Year doesn't ring true to me as my return came in weeks ago; and this was not the first time that they have been so tight fisted with my refund. In addition, they sent me a notification to say that the refund was processed days ago, but then it never came. This happened with my previous purchase as well. Other reviews state the same thing. After the review they suddenly acquired the capability to refund me immediately. Never again.

I've ordered a tweed jacket and since I don't like the fit I wanted to return it. The process of returning is basically impossible. You have to arrange and pay for the shipment all the way to the US. You get no support whatsoever from the shop. The costs of transatlantic return are higher than the cost of the item. And in the end you don't even know if you're going to be refunded. Never again

I love the style of their clothes BUT I have never had such a terrible experience trying to make a return. I had four items I needed to return. When I emailed the company to request a return, they offered me a discount on the items if I would keep them.

Then when I said I didn’t want to keep the items they made me request four separate RMA numbers. After I did that they said that to return the items I needed proof of the return and would need to return the items certified or by registered mail. The cost for that totaled about 3/4 of the amount of the purchase!

Every step of the way when I sent their customer service department an email it took several days to a week to receive a reply. Meanwhile the time on the return window was clicking away. When I did finally return the items it took several months to actually receive the small refund. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. My advice? Cute clothes, but RUN!!!

I’m really impressed about the quality of the items I order. Very beautiful made, also in my case the delivery was fast about a week. Definitely, I will keep buying from you and tell my friends about it. 😉

These boots are beautifully made and constructed the quality of the boot is amazing the packaging was secure, I wear a size 8 but because I have somewhat large calves I purchased a size 9 and the boot isn’t too big it feels so comfortable, I would highly recommend and I will be purchasing more items. Urban Revivo Is now one of my favorite places to shop. I love the quality of the items I received and they have some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from a clothing company. Shipping does take a while so I recommend planning ahead if you are purchasing for a specific event and knowing your measurements or watching review videos so that you can get the appropriate size.

From date of purchase to refund is taking 2 months when I mailed the item back within a couple days of rceipt. I think the company hopes you will forget they owe you a refund when you have proof and date they signed for the return. They respond to emails but shipping, return and refund are excruciatingly slow, if I ever get one at all.

I ordered the cropped jacket and vest in xl . the jacket came in xl and the vest came in lg. tried to return for the correct size but return service is very bad, tried many times to get a return lable and tried to contact customer service with no replys.

Customer service was quick to respond and help me correct my problem with sizing.

I am so glad that this site exists. I saw the design of their clothing really attractive, I was about to check out my cart. However, thank goodness that I did not buy after reading all comments here. I am really concerned about the inconsistency about sizing, return shipping and refund process. Hope Urban Revivo will take these issues seriously and act quickly to attract more customers in near future.

i like the RV products, i did purchased for few time in the past 4 months. but i would like to suggest RV can make a little bit modification on delivery....can you please add Hong Kong into the delivery list?! so that i can do the purchase easily instead of using a warehouse service that really make me hesitate to do more purchase from you.
