VALET X  Bewertungen

Many thanks to Gareth for another brilliant job , always reliable, friendly and hard working. He manages to make my car look like it is a brand new model. Excellent clean and valet, highly recommended.

Excellent job and good communication on an unexpected delay, will definitely use again and highly recommend 👍

Brilliant! On time, fantastic clean inside and out, polite and efficient. Will definitely use again!

My second time using Urban Valet. This time I went for the XXL Valet. Gareth arrived early, was friendly and professional and got to work immediately. He checked in with me when necessary, other than that, I was not disturbed and once he was finished, I was very impressed with the results.
I should also add that, once Gareth had left, I did notice a mark on one of the seats that seemed to still show faintly. I sent a picture of this to him and he returned, within half an hour, and sorted it out. Spotless! Outstanding customer service and impressive results. I would definitely recommend Urban Valet.

Excellent job. My fiesta looks, feels and smells like new again.

I found Urban Valet online, I chose them simply due to how local they were. It turns out I made a great choice. The booking system is easy to understand, and they have great communication. But most of all was the cleaning. Careful, meticulous and professional. It was as if I stepped into the car fresh from the factory. I like the service so much that I signed up for their monthly cleaning service.

Everything from start to finish was great - really easy to book the appointment on the website, great communication about moving it to later in the day and then Simon turned up early anyway.

Simon's van has everything he needed so no need to borrow power/water either, and the results speak for themselves - car looks better than new!

Would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking the team in the future.

Excellent service. Friendly and delighted with the results.

Jason did a great job on the car before going back to the lease company. Car genuinely looked brand new & any minor marks were taken car off. Thank you so much I’ll get you back to do my wife’s car next!

Booked a queue jump valet in advance of car sale. Gareth did a terrific job, car looks like new. Will definitely use again.

Highly recommend, an amazing service....wish I had used them sooner! I will be recommending to friends. Easy to book in on website and good communication for reminders, letting know on way etc.

Gareth did a fantastic job on our two cars.

My car in particular was in a poor state, loads of garden debris and I do the majority of the after school running around to rugby and horse riding so it was a mess!

Gareth actually saw my jaw drop when I saw the end results. Fantastic work and I will definitely use again in future.

Great attention to detail, Simon performed a machine polish and ceramic coating and I was more than happy with the results. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

Wonderful service from Gareth . Car immaculate at the end of the visit . Well worth the money

Great communication and service, impeccable attention to detail

Competitively priced home valet service carried out on time and to a good standard. Recommended.

Amazing! My car looks brand new. I try keep on top of cleaning it myself but you can’t beat a professional, deep clean. The difference is unbelievable! Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

I can honestly say my car has never looked better, no more swirly polish marks or minor scratches, looks as good as new. Gareth did an amazing job and was polite, friendly and courteous. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again

Excellent service and value for money. Cars look like new thank you again
