Buyer beware! We’ve bought from PIMBEX multiple times and recently ordered back in June. When we received our box, we were shocked when we were missing our 1 oz American Gold Eagle. My husband contacted PIMBEX the very next day. He spoke to Michael and he asked that we send pictures of everything we received. They were supposedly going to look at their “camera footage.” I call BS - I bet there is no camera footage. Here we are two months later and have not gotten anywhere. I tried calling the company multiple times last week and no one would answer. They say they insure their packages giving peace of mind to the customer, so why can’t we get anywhere? We are devastated that we’ve been great customers over the past couple of years and this is how we’re treated. There are many companies out there to choose from, so don’t choose PIMBEX!

Terrible prices, awful services, and horrible communication! You're just getting scammed by them!. If you're looking for a precious metal wholesaler, Upstate Coin and Gold is one you need to AVOID!

Their prices were unreasonable and their offers were so ridiculously low! There'll be only one who'd benefit and be happy doing business with them and that won't be you!!
