I was wondering what happened to UPS when, they first said my package was late, but then, said it would be delivered on Friday March 28th, then it changed to Saturday the 29th. I even signed up for notifications under my UPS account and ZILCH. NADA. Nothing. At 9PM Saturday it said my package would arrive by 1:45 PM.... Yes. Thats about 6 hours earlier. So, I waited and now on Sunday, they are closed. Yet again. UPS has let me down. Are people in Mumbai on holiday on sunday ? Because thats where all the support calls go to. Anyway try FedEX or DHL next time.

1st delivery 3/4 not announced. Rings the doorbell, 10/15 sec later (video recording security camera) drives away with the package, no time to come to the intercom or door. 2nd and 3rd delivery 3/5 announced. (11:15/15:15) Just before 11 o'clock the same carrier stops in front of the door and immediately drives away in the same fashion as 3/4. Didn't even go to the door, so nothing recorded by the security camera. Neither 4/3, nor 5/3 'UPS has been at your door and what now' note in the mailbox.
After about 40' of calling with the 'customer?' service I learned that packages were available at 2 different newsagents. 1 of the 2 indeed had a pile of UPS from today of +/- 60 ... packages on the floor at the front in the corner of his store. Find the packages yourself, the man said, which I refused. Then he found 1 package in the pile, 'one package only' he said. After insisting he found the 2nd package.
Total picture: UPS a big fat zero.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting UPS Store #1736 1220 L st Washington DC during the holiday rush, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Rashia and Julissa. Despite the chaos and long lines, these two young ladies remained attentive, pleasant, and efficient, ensuring that every customer's needs were met.
Their professionalism, patience, and kindness were truly impressive. They greeted each person warmly, took the time to address questions and concerns, and handled packages with care. Rashia and Julissa worked seamlessly together, demonstrating a clear commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
I was particularly impressed by their ability to balance speed with attention to detail. They processed packages quickly and accurately, while also taking the time to engage with customers and provide personalized support.
As someone who's experienced my fair share of customer service, I can confidently say that Rashia and Julissa set the bar high. They're a credit to UPS and a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like.
Kudos to Rashia, Julissa, and the entire team at UPS Store #1736! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be recommending this location to friends and family.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with UPS. Recently, my husband and I trusted them to handle an incredibly important shipment containing both of our passports and green cards. These are not just important documents—they are irreplaceable, life-changing forms of identification.
To our horror, the package was lost. We immediately reached out to UPS, and they opened an investigation, which we appreciated at first. However, after weeks of waiting, UPS told us they couldn't find the package and offered us a measly $100. That’s it. No apology, no real resolution, just an insulting token amount, as if our lives and personal identification were worth so little.
This is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of care and urgency shown by UPS is appalling. They did not take our situation seriously and showed no genuine concern for the consequences of losing our vital documents. Their response was dismissive at best. A $100 reimbursement for something as serious as passports and green cards is a slap in the face. We have no idea where our documents are, and now we’ll have to deal with the stress and expense of replacing them, which is no small feat.
We will never use UPS again. They clearly do not care about their customers or the importance of the items they’re entrusted with. If you value your important documents and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid UPS at all costs.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely impossible to talk to a real person. I have been trying to file a claim on an item that the recipient received a totally different item that I shipped for almost a YEAR!!. It appeared the box had been damaged heavily along with others because the item that was received was sticking out entirely from the original box and UPS tape was wrapped all around it. They refuse to take any responsibility. There was a noted "delay" in transit and I imagine this is where some sort of total mishap occurred to cause several boxes to get destroyed and mixed up and repackaged. I can never email with the same person. The only refer me to the website where it won't accept my claim and directs me to contact customer service which is IMPOSSIBLE. UPS makes it so stressful and terrible to file a claim that the majority of people probably just give up! It isn't about the money anymore it is to have UPS held accountable!!

Left Signature Required Package without Signature
I got a tracking notice from UPS that my package was going to be delivered while I was on vacation. It was sent signature required because it was a $4000 purchase. I tried online to change the delivery date, and the website took me in circles. Called the next day, (spent an HOUR on the phone with CS and
Tech support) and Customer service said they can no longer change delivery dates over the phone, has to be online. She connected me to tech support. Issue was that my physical address is connected to an old email address, and as it is from a former company I can no longer access that account, but when trying to create a new account, I could not associate the current tracking number. They suggested I contact the shipper and have them change the delivery date. Shipper got back to me, sent me a screen shot that UPS would charge them $55 just to change the delivery date! So, I had to just let them attempt delivery, and figured it would not be left since it was signature required. But, they left it out on my front step, plain view, WITHOUT A SIGNATURE! When I called, all they can do is arrange to pick up the boxes tomorrow... if they are still there.

I was told my package couldn't be delivered, but the ups truck drove passed my house with the address on a sign by the road, clearly visible. No dogs around. It's not even a busy street. It's passed 8pm. UPS customer service has not called me back.

Never use there overnight Saturday delivery service. I have been in business over 54 years and UPS has never once delivered an overnight delivery on a Saturday. Use any other service but UPS, or you will not get your package. I am in the wedding business, and there is "No Tomorrow" when it comes to special event services. If they take on a service to deliver on a Saturday, that is a promise. And when they don't deliver, that is a lie, and a robbery. Now you have to waste more of your time fighting for your refund, not to mention dealing with a very unhappy customer, as a business owner. My clients don't want to hear that UPS didn't deliver. That's on me. I have to take responsibility for my choices to have made the decision to use UPS as my carrier. Never again!

My parcel has the wrong address one number off from mine which is across the street I tried calling UPS to speak to someone to change the delivery address I even created an account to hold at an acess point location I could not do that either.

Extremely Disappointing Service Experience
I regret to say that my recent experience with UPS has been nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted them with the delivery of a small photo album from Colombia to Poland, opting for their supposedly expedited service promising delivery within 2-3 days. Little did I know, it would turn into a 21-day ordeal with no end in sight.
As of today, March 26th, my parcel remains stranded in a warehouse in the USA, despite having been there for over 10 days. Throughout this ordeal, the lack of communication, tracking updates, or any reasonable explanation from their agent, Michał, has been utterly disappointing.
I must emphasize the sheer incompetence displayed by UPS in handling this situation. Their failure to provide a timely resolution or even basic updates on the status of my parcel reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
In addition to the inconvenience caused, this experience has shattered my confidence in UPS' reliability and efficiency. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.
It's disheartening to see a company fail so miserably in fulfilling its promises and upholding its responsibilities to its customers. Needless to say, I will be seeking alternative service providers in the future.
