Great experience from the upp sales guy and engineers. Engineer turned up on time and despite an issue with the pole returned later on with a cherry picker. Broadband installed and up and running that day. Speeds 500 Meg upload and download.

I live at oakham at 2 college close we were ment to have there internet in July they came out put Box in the house then said pipe was blocked so they said they had to dig it up 2 months later with just 2 emails after we contacted them they said they got permission from Nottingham houseing a month later they came and dug it up then 2 weeks later after hearing nothing we contacted them they said it was unsuccessful so they were waiting to get a bigger crew to dig it up 2 more weeks there were a digger and lorry out side ready to go then 15 mins later they disappeared 2 more weeks with out hearing from them my partner contacted them by email a week later they said they had to cancel contract because they dident have permission to dig from houseing don't bother they don't contact you or inform you what happen and lie saying they had permission in the first place.
UPP installation team, the installation team Deon & Iain, were great considerate and sympathetic to homeowner wishes, would definitely recommend. Internet is 13x faster now suitable for home office working. Thanks

The installation (getting the fibre from the BT telegraph pole to the FFTTP building) was very tricky, but the installers were very practical in finding ways around the problems and getting the fibre into the premises.

Installation man was excellent and went out of his way to install the router in a different place to had been decided . The connection speeds both upload and download as specified 200 Mbps , was with Virgin before and extremely happy with them over the years but getting so expensive . So far so good with upp .

All going well at first. Now 23 days in, there is a red light on top of my router and have no internet. Upp does not answer calls at the weekend. So no further help. Only option was to send a ticket from my account which I have done. But have not received anything back about assistance with this matter. I will update this review once things get moving
Spot on does what it says on the tin! Installation engineer's where lovely lads I would highly recommend to anyone 😀

Terrible service. Upp have just cancelled my account because the grounds team aren’t able to complete the job.
Signed up over 2 months ago. Recommended a friend for money off, what’s happening with that ?
If I as the customer had broken their contract after this time I’d be liable for penalty’s until the end of contract term. The way I see it, you couldn’t meet the terms of contract and you owe me the same penalty fees I would of received!
Excellent installation service from Michael and Iain.
Great respect for my property and offered good advice for choices in positioning of installation.
They secured and installed the overhead cable to my property in a very tidy and clean way.
Both acted in a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner.

I am up and running and its superb. The process of getting here has been a little bumpy with alot of chasing on my side to put things in place, but whenever I have had to contact UPP the customer team have been great. Shout out to Jaime, Gary and Carl (UPP install team) and the Network 360 civils team for great work outside and inside the house. If the communication of delays and next steps with dates was a bit better it would have been 5 stars.

Was happy to receive a leaflet through the door saying that Upp was now in the area and providing full fibre broadband as we have limited supplier options, none of which offer fibre to my property (Hykeham).
We signed up and booked an installation date of 3rd October which came and went without a hitch.
Only problem is that they had undertaken a "dark installation" meaning that while I now have all of the equipment in my house ready to receive fibre broadband. Upp do not have the means to provide this fibre broadband to me as the network isn't switched on.
Multiple phone calls, emails and web chats to various people in customer services and I'm still no further along. To make matters worse, my contract with the previous provider has now ended and they won't take me back for 30 days so I'm now left with no internet which makes working from home a nightmare.
Steer clear if you can.
Fantastic company, polite staff and install was easygoing, cleaned all the mess not that there was much, would highly recommend

I had a great installation experience and great speeds to start with.
I’m now finding that it takes up to 17 minutes to download an app, my tv is buffering and the speeds seem to be a lot slower than my previous supplier (Sky), which were average but adequate.
I have tried calling the customer care line to have this resolved and I am unable to get through to anyone.
The aftercare and consistency in great service seems to be utterly shambolic! The internet connection has dropped out twice today during online meetings and I can’t speak to anyone to resolve the issue.
Can someone please reach out to me to arrange for an engineer to visit and resolve the issue?
