We had a fantastic experience with the Up Estate team from start to finish. We did our first viewing on December 10th, followed by a second viewing just a few days later, and now we’re collecting the keys in under three months — the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everything was handled professionally, and communication was always clear and reassuring throughout December, January, and February. A special thank you to Alia and Emily, who were both incredibly supportive, responsive, and helpful at every stage. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well organised. We’re very grateful for all the help and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

we appointed UP Estates late October for the sale of my late father-in-law's 3-bedroomed terrace house in Poets Corner. From the initial valuation, UP Estates were "on it" - they arrived on the Monday and within the hour had the floor plan prepared and within 24 hours we had approved the description and it was uploaded to their website.
as the property was vacant, we paid the extra premium for UP to manage the viewings without our input. by Friday 31st October we had 10+ viewings and by the following week we had "best and final" offers from all bidders above our asking price.
The teams across UP estates were very efficient - no fluff or hot air just an effective team of people committed to selling the property.
i would thoroughly recommend UP Estates without hesitation.
