Bought a Unimig in 1999 and it was great. Regrettably had to sell it in 2006 because of divorce and started travelling. Finally found a place to live and had to get another. I am sure it's going to be just as good but probably better.

Excellent communication and quick to solve the problems that I had

Posting this for my husband Alfred. I bought both a welder and a plasma cutter and am very happy with both. I was recommended the Unimig brand by my neighbour when I wanted to get a new welder. His advice was spot on. I've used both the welder and cutter and they do a great job.

I have been solely using uni mig products in my performance fab shop day in day out now for multiple years , I have never had failure and never been let down like similar brands, and being Australian owned makes it even better !!

What made my experience great was the speed and professionalism of the warranty service. After I contacted the company, they responded quickly and organised for someone to pick up my welder directly from my place, which was very convenient.
The repair was completed in less than 24 hours, which is impressive and shows they understand how important it is for tradespeople to minimise downtime. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
What the company does well is customer support. They stand behind their product, honour their warranty without hassle, and provide fast, reliable service. That level of after-sales support is something I really value, especially after more than 20 years working in the industry.

UNIMIG were very helpful addressing my query. I requested the update files for the software on my AC/DC 230 welder and they were sent out very quickly with comprehensive instructions.

Multi Razor 230 is a great welder. Answered questions quickly and provided firmware support.
