Their TOS allowed AI music, but if you submit all music generated by AI, they rejected all of your music.
Don't wasted money and time. Slow review process, and no sense of rejection.

My 18 albums were rejected, even I subscribed Unchained Pro Plan, Terrible service.

Due to I cannot reply their comment below, so I sent a request for refund because their policies. They cannot, but Distrokid can. No one reply and no refund now.

However there is admin on trustpilot. If you have time and care about ur customers. You should declare the reason clearly on your website, and make it faster to reply or review the music. Each album spent 5 days.

Finally, I create music with prompt, I regenerate a lot until I got the song, the cover I change a lot of prompt until i got the image, how dare you say i create without human creative.

Anyone who looking for music distributor, I can say chose DISTROKID. I submited same album and my album got approved with in an hour, instead waiting for 5 days and got rejected on unchainedmusic.

I was challenge by Unchainmusic again. They requested Trustpilot to ask my personal information like my email, my full name, my invoice, and my telephone number to prevent fraud review. I filled my information, my invoice id: 0057B56D-0001, and I already paid to this company

Finaly I just wonder instead of they refund my money, that will make me satify, but they want to delete negative feedback from real customers. I still confused that Unchained music cannot distribute my music, but Destrokid and Symphonic can. The company goes to the wrong way, and sooner or later I hope they will lost more customers due to my comments.

Actually, US law also have consumer right protects act. Customers can ask refund within 14 days without question ask. They also violate the law by create their unclear term of use. If anyone facing same case as me. Please try to filling to Consumer protection organization in USA like FTC. I think this might help more people for recover their fund form unethical company!

It's great that they have a free plan available to their customers. But it would be good if the free plan also gave me the option to untick Spotify. I have been trying to get back intouch with the customer support team to get my account deleted. Still waitiing on a reply.

When you have a company run by musicians with the goal of getting musicians their fair share, it’s kind of a no brainer. The ways they have integrated technology to grow their vision is incredible. Top bunch of individuals!

Unchained is one of the best distribution platforms out there.

The platform is great, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Releases go out fast and I have not any issues at all. The CEO Matt is a great guy. I really enjoy using this platform!

While searching for different companies on Google, I found unchained music. And after reading various articles, I thought their service would be much better. I first buy a subscription from them. And several of my audios previously released through other companies I submitted for release through them. Unfortunately they rejected my audios and they asked me for proof. When I gave them the previously released document they told me that the copyright document should be given to them. If you are a normal artist. So is it possible to copyright each of your songs? My question is to you.
I tried to tell them time and time again that there is no way I can register so many audio copyrights. If there is any kind of copyright strike on my release, I will take responsibility for it. But they didn't listen to me and disabled my account. And this happened within a week of buying the subscription they didn't even refund my subscription. I never slander any company. But forced to write a few lines about them.

I had the easiest and fastest distribution experience. They are responsive and problem solver. From their CEO to help desk, everyone was respectful and helpful. I didn't have any issues with them.
They are a growing company. They are competing with bigger names out there and trying to find a place for themselves. Everyone should look on the bright side of companies like this and try to be understandable.

I will definitely continue to work with them.

Unchained Music is definitely one the best distros in the game! I initially picked TuneCore, but after getting scammed by them I went to Unchained, as it was free and seemed fairly trustworthy. I was blown away by the amount of care this small startup puts into making their distro good! I've had my music distributed quickly, and if I ever have any issues, support responds fast and has always fixed my problem. Royalties are fairly simple and I haven't had anything go missing or restricted from me. I've had a very positive experience with Unchained and I plan to stick with them as I continue releasing music!

for a free distro, it's ok. in my opinion, there are way better free distributors. the core plan is kinda mid though and i doubt an artist who uses a free distro would care about royalties so the 100% royalties really shouldn't be a key point. now i did get banned from their discord server but i'm not going to address that right now cause it's unprofessional and it doesn't make the distro any better or worse than it is but don't be afraid of your competitors. we should be allowed to speak about other distros whether good or bad!

I provided proper legal documentation to have a big artist on my song. Unchained Music banned me and removed all my music without even viewing the documentation. Incompetent customer service. Unchained Music will never be successful. Just a bunch of low level wannabes.

Update: Now they are claiming I uploaded something with Rick Ross. I uploaded with a different artist. Once again, incompetent Unchained Music getting customers mixed up. Matt, the CEO is a scumbag looking to blame anybody for his stupidity.

Recently, I had an issue with an upcoming release. Once I contacted support they were swift to correct the problem. Aside from outstanding customer service, the UI and pro features make Unchained Music my favorite distributor I've used. Thank you Matt and Ryan for all the help!

It’s a new company if we compare to other distributors. UnchainedMusic is very clear when it comes to uploading music. Although it’s kind of vague for specific information such as royalties and what store has received music or not. After these, it’s simple and I recommend this company for anybody that doesn’t need something complicated for their project.

the biggest losers I've seen in my life they tried to hack my social media accounts with the password I've used on there website and when i faced them with the data breach they removed my songs and totally ignored me I don't recommend anyone to deal with them frauds and scammers

Matt is a scum bag thief. They are now holding onto everyone's royalties for over 7 months while they collect intrest on everyone's money. When they do pay, the streams that you get paid for are 70% less than the streams that the DSPS says you had for that month. The TOS is so shady and are written as if they knew they would be commiting fraud. I am owed thousands of dollars by these POS crooks. Matt is manipulative, a liar, but he thinks he is smart and that will be his downfall. I cannot wait until he slips up and gets caught doing something illegal. It is only a matter of time. Zero out of 5 stars.

edit: What are you talking about botted plays? Again, Our issue had nothing to do with bots. There you go getting our situation mixed up with another customer that you have done wrong.
