Outstanding customer experience is the norm with Ultimate Office!

Only one thing I had a problem with. One of the items I ordered was not due to ship for several weeks, but they didn't tell us that. I had to call in a week after placing the order and ask them what was going on, where was the item we ordered. They should have let us know either by email or at the time we placed the order. Everything else was A+.

This is very well made and looks nice on the desk also.

We had a problem with receiving our complete order. I received communication that my order was complete and shipped. It turned out that it wasn't true. One item had not been delivered. I had to e-mail your customer service and call to get the error corrected and to receive the most expensive item we had ordered. I wasn't pleased with the extra time (That no one has) it took me to correct the error or the time it took for the items to be shipped. Customer Service was very helpful.

We recently purchased for our office two items: (1) a front desk organizer and (2) a mail sorter. The front desk organizer is great and the secretary using it swears by it rather than against it. That's good news for the rest of us since she can now keep everything organized. The mailer sorter is also useful and more or less what was expected from the catalog description. It did take about 6 weeks since it was backordered, something I didn't know about when I ordered online. The wait was not horrendous, but it would have been nice to have been told before ordering that the item would take 6 weeks to deliver. The instructions for the mail sorter were scanty at best, but since the item was relatively simple assembly was not too challenging, at least once one used a bit of common sense.

Overall, we were pleased with our purchases and with the service received. We would certainly use Ultimate Office again as needed.

I use these pocket files on a daily basis and the ones I already had on hand prior to this purchase are still holding up and I've had them for several years. Love the assorted colors, helps to keep my projects/vendor files organized.

I had these at my previous work for 15 years and they still looked like new. I loved them so much I bought my own for my new office. Great product!

would recommend. the axcess portafiles #A7302 are not long enough. I think they should be long enough to get a vanilla folder in them. even a sheet of paper has to fit in the folds of the portafile.

We have bought several products from Ultimate Office and have been pleased with everything we have purchased. Products have been packaged well so they come without damage.

I am the CEO of a medium size Company and find keeping up with files and daily paperwork in droves can be challenging-- being a paper in hand man. Over the years I have tried and settled on a number of systems that meet the bill.

But I still had those lengthy emails that when printed out could easily get lost on my desk.

I purchased what I think is the finest "Immediate Attention" small desk size file with 10- 1" drawers , color coded and labeled for various Depts./Managers/Finance/Legal etc that is simply incredible.

Durable attractive and all as advertised by Ultimate Office.
