Although they didn't carry the shade of blue I wanted the file looks good on my kitchen counter and a lot of the clutter I had has disappeared! Even my husband, a Harvard Business grad and a very organized man, liked it.

Furniture was delivered VERY quickly and looks great in our setting. Staff was very helpful when we needed some help with paperwork. Only drawback was finding the same items for a better price a few days later. Just should have shopped around more.

Deliver of merchandise was delivered as promised.

It took a very long for order to be filled.

We were looking for a calendar solution for our office. We found it at Ultimate Office. We bought the Modular Monthly Planning boards. They are just as described and were easily hung. We are able to easily able to change them as well. We are able to have an entire semester hung on the wall with one additional calendar month that we can use to have ready in advance as another month is ending. This way 5 months are displayed at all times. We really feel we are going to love having these boards. I had to make one phone call for a couple of questions when I first placed the order and I could not have been happier with the customer service rep I spoke with - very friendly and even explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Fabulous product - fast delivery - great customer service. Would recommend to anyone - especially those that need files to "grab and go!"

I'm a visual person so the window showing a title or page one of a project is great for keeping track of what's in the files.

And COLOR is a bonus. I often relate ideas or projects to colors so it's easy to sort my current work.

And COLOR is a mood lifter and fun -- file my purple prose in a purple file folder.

A wooden incoming tray was damaged in shipping. Customer service said to take a photo and they would ship it again, which they did. The second tray was also damaged in shipping (the box was actually torn open). Customer service said they would not send a third replacement and would only refund us 50% of the cost. We will not order from Ultimate Office again.

I am organizing a client's office and life long paperwork storage. Your solutions allowed me to offer more choices to my client and were good quality.

Good service and merchandise, just wish it would arrive a little quicker!

One piece was not the right size. We were told to prepare to return it. 10 days later, it still has not been picked up nor has the new piece been delivered.
