Poor Communication

This is the only place you kind find replacement Flip Chart tabs, they are sturdy replacements too :) I was just a little surprised at how long it took to get them considering I paid $12.95 for shipping and handling, it took 11 days from the date they confirmed shipment. Despite the slow shipping I am extremely happy that I was able to find these tabs and that they are exactly like the ones that come with the Flip Chart set. Great selection and quality of office supplies.

Assembly Required
The product was up to my expectation. The assembly process was more than I expected. We had a great deal of difficulty with the screws not wanting to turn in, even with human strength and a power driver.

Understandably Acceptable
My item sent was damaged. I received this Friday evening and your office was closed. I did leave a message and I did get a return call on Monday. However, the tone of the message seemed stern - but setting that aside - I to my knowledge - never received another call regarding what to do. I did call back but with my schedule, I called after hours. I did not leave another message. I would love to find out how to get another item sent or replaced -due to the fact I am currently using the item damaged.
