Having used Neon lighting on various projects. The products had issues and would burn out.
Came across UK Led, glad I did!
Neon flex is great quality and nice bright even light. Customer service is 5 stars.
Would recommend them for any project.

U.K. LED lights truly give the Razzle Dazzle experience.
Overall an amazing experience. I was in the market for some unique lightening solutions that had to be bespoke as it was for a major brand Hotel and they wanted a unified look all around their sites. Seeing the vision being created and the wow factor it has received meant the world to me and I am over the moon with all the work carried out be U.K. LED Lights. Thank you once again.

We discussed a led strip for the window…
We discussed a led strip for the window channel for the balcony. They said they have this, I sent the picture of the metal balcony channel but it seems they said yes to all the questions I I put them on but they weren't real. They said everything was of ultra high quality. But it seems that they are not what they want to appear on the Internet. I do not recommend. The attitude is derisive. They don't have a customer service.UPDATE !!! After I left my review, the owner contacted me and said that if I didn't delete my review, he would leave one for my company. Which doesn't make sense because he didn't use it my company's services and more i bought this personally for a friend. I told him that it is his problem if he wants to leave the review there, but at the same time I informed him that it's illegal to blackmail me and especially to leave a fake review for something he didn't use. I wrote here on tru to understand the type of company you are dealing with.

Been calling to place an order for over…
Been calling to place an order for over 3 days now and they keep taking my telephone number and promising someone will call back.
Nothing has happened. If I’m having issues purchasing the products I need, god knows what will happen if I have issues.
And Oh Yes they kept using the, “everyone is in a meeting at the moment”…… I’m wondering what it could have been about, it’s lasted 3 days.

Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. One of our team members called you twice but the call kept going on voicemail and sent you numerous emails.
Appalling after sales service
When my electrician came to install the 15m Cob strip supplied by UK LED Lights, two sections were faulty. On ringing their customer service, they say someone will ring back. Nobody does. I rang twice more, same story. There is nobody at all in the company (so I was told) to speak to with a complaint. Nobody to resolve the problem. Nobody to do anything other than take my details over and over again.
Their website says "excellent customer service", but that is the absolute opposite of the reality. Appalling service.
My recommendation - place your order with someone else.

Knowledgeable people, awful arrogant customer service
Knowledgeable people, but sadly poor customer service in the end means they will never have future business from our company. Obnoxious and rude, with communications far below expectations. Delays to the first order were never communicated even though a dispatch notice was sent. Two weeks later they miraculously turn up after several chase up calls.
Second order? Same thing. “It’s been sent”. Strangely the couriers don’t have it, and shows as never having been picked up. I wonder if that turns up tomorrow miraculously as well?
