Joining UKJI community has been a game changer. For me I think Vardaan is a very good mentor, brother. From confidence point of view, I still remember when I joined one of the fireside chat session where someone had just got a job and was telling about their experience. We all may have high level of confidence but at some point when you see sooo many rejections, communities like UKJI help a lot. There are other people who are sharing their experiences as well. The CV, linkedin, strategy review sessions are always very informative and I have seen a huge rise in number of recruiters reaching out to me after doing some changes suggested by Vardaan. Even CV is working as I am getting screening calls and interviews. My favourite session is called "Let's apply together" - this is a session where most of us sit for 2 hours and apply together for our respective roles.
Overall this has been one of the best communities for me.

Vardaan and team have been of great help to me whilst looking for a job in the UK. They've got a structured approach to the overall job hunt process.
