If you’ve been struggling to find a job in the UK, join the mentorship program. Vardaan and his team have made job hunting feel like a community effort. Great vibes and weekly check ins along with application days where everyone comes together to apply for jobs. They also do regular interviews with members that have landed big roles where the members talk about their journey and the tips that helped them land the roles. All these will make the gruelling job hunt process feel achievable. The success stories also work as motivation to keep going through all the rejections. Highly recommended experience.

I have never been a part of any group and at first I was a bit skeptical in joining this community but honestly it’s been super helpful. Vardaan has been very supportive and cooperative catering to everyone’s needs. I absolutely respect how he welcomed and pushed me to do better when I felt low. I love how this community motivates one another. Joining this community has definitely been a brilliant decision.

The first and foremost important thing that UKJI is doing really well is making job search a fun thing to do, making it a hobby rather than a burden. They have got a responsive team with learned individuals and I love it about them. Hope to bring laurels to the community by bagging a job soon.

I have recently joined the UK job insider community and so far have watched their CV preparation strategy. I also got my CV reviewed from Vardaan in a rapid CV review session and got insightful inputs on my CV. After reviewing a few groups, I found this community to be close-knit, caring, and direct.

From the start, Vardaan and Vaidaansh made me feel welcome with immediate calls and messages, and Vaidaansh quickly organised the calls. Vardaan worked with me on a personalised strategy, listened without judgement, and adapted to my circumstances. This was something I had not found elsewhere.

The daily group calls are supportive and relaxed, with like-minded people so you never feel alone. Vardaan takes time to address issues thoroughly, while Ranshu ensures key updates are shared and everyone stays engaged. Vardaan’s reminder not to reject myself before applying really boosted my confidence.
