Have never came across this website before looking for sentimental presents and they had everything I could think of and delivered quickly too. 5*

Bought a pair of personalised champagne flutes in a nice presentation box for a wedding present. The week after Bought another pair of personalised champagne flutes for a wedding gift for my daughter, when arrived it was in 2 flimsy white cardboard boxes, nothing like a gift box. Got in touch with the company which they stated they were 2 different purchases, surely if it's a personalised gift they all should be in a presentation box, really poor service but quick to take your money. Stated to them that they should put on their website if not in a gift box. Will not buy from this company again!

Had a mark on my item I purchased and it was a gift for someone. I emailed twice and nobody ever got back to me. Not good customer service

I received a phone call from a human being (that is unusual as it is) to explain that there was a problem with the supply of my order. However, this was not a problem for this company and a perfect alternative was sorted. It arrived quickly and perfectly packaged.
