Fast delivery, however delivery to the UK was very expensive at nearly £25.
The shaman ritual drum is okay. However I’m not entirely happy with the quality. It is bespoke in some ways, imperfect if you look too closely. However I do actually love it and its imperfections.
The only reason I dropped one star off the review was because of the cost of delivery that said it did arrive as expected and very quickly.

Your help desk and assistance is also top notch.
The only part that frustrates me and deducts from a perfect 5 star review is the choice of delivery company, and their difficulties in getting my package to it's intended destination. It is yet to arrive, so no opinion on the product as of now.
In all other considerations I am immensely pleased with every part of your services.

Awful experience I normally buy from a major German company. I downloaded a program that I bought online from muskier . It wouldn’t work properly. I contacted them four days later. They got back to me and told me to open up a case online rather than try and deal with it so I had to do more work I managed to sort the problem myself but completely zero back up the other major German company offers a lot more support and warranty very very unhappy with my purchase

Took 4 weeks to refund a £678 pair of Earphones that were faulty on arrival. Ended up having to raise a PayPal claim as they refused to refund. Very poor customer service.
