The ukulele purchased was of excellent quality. Dealing with this company was very helpful and constructive....providing knowledgeable advice. Once we made our decision the ukulele arrived next day by courier exactly as they said it would. Very impressed.

I couldn't find my dream ukulele in stores in my country. I found it here for a good price. For reasons beyond the seller's control, I had to wait a little bit longer for delivery (international shipment). All the time I could count on reliable information about the shipment and a very nice, friendly (and PROACTIVE!) support.

They provide great customer service, they rang me to say that one of the products I ordered was their last one in stock was faulty and said they’d call me when it would come back into stock but they also asked about whether I was a beginner or not (which i am) and they suggested having a tuner instead because I’ll be using it more and they swapped that over for me and sent me the tuner with no extra cost. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I would highly recommend using Uke Universe to buy your ukulele. If it be your first uke or like myself had planned to add one to a collection,the staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about ukes and my transaction was fantastic.
I will definitely be using them again.

Brilliant customer service. Even though there was a delay in receiving my uke, they contacted me as soon as I placed my order to let me know, and then again once my uke was despatched. Brilliant uke aswell.
