Great doors and customer service from Megan and team!

Megan was great helping me choose my fantastic bifold doors! Great price great delivery and great quality

Having received an extortionate quote from another windows and doors company, I found UK Doors OnLine via a search engine. Megan responded to my request for sliding doors, a bi-fold window and a single window with a very clear quote and an excellent price. Following some minor amendments to my quote, Megan then issued a revised quote, finalised the purchase and then kept me informed of delivery timescales until the day of delivery. Throughout the process Megan provided first-class customer service.

Just purchased a new composite back door from UK doors,
I was given all the information I needed to choose the right door for our needs and then helped and guided to get all the right dimensions to ensure the door will fit.
Really happy with the price as well.
Big thank you to Callum and Celia for their help with this.

We use UK Doors Online for all our windows, doors and Bi folding doors. We changed from a local company to this company because the local companies prices started rising alot. They have given us great prices and great services. Our contact has been Megan Sokell from the start and she has been really great to work with. Nothing is to much bother and she gets back to us straight away if we need something. It's been a pleasure working with her and hope to do so more in the future.

Megan was always very helpful and always answered my emails quickly 🌞

Highly recommend. Megan dealt with my purchase of windows, door and bifolds. Her communication was very prompt and dealt with any issues and queries efficiently.

I have ordered full frech uPVC doors for my extension.
The price is competitive - way less quoted by similar companies.
Megan from the team was helpful finalizing the designs.
Even 4 weeks for the process was quoted I would calculate more as there is a lot of back in forth regarding details.
I’m happy with the doors as they are installed now!

Just placed my first order with UK Doors Online.

Elliott couldn’t have been more helpful - made everything so simple and straightforward.

Look forward to ordering from them again.

I have used UK Doors Online many times on different projects. The products are quality and the sales team are brilliant to deal with, especially Megan Sokell she’s dealt with all my calls and been nothing but patient and professional and nothing is ever too much hassle for her. Recommend.

I've ordered doors from UK Doors Online twice now and their customer service has been exceptional both times. Case in point: with my latest doors, my Builders misplaced the rebate end caps. Luckily Celia was on hand and kindly replaced them free of charge.
Doors are great too!

I’ve been dealing with UKDO for some time (developer) and Megan always supports my multiple requests and has been very tolerant with a more technical order with very large specialist frames and glass. Nothing too much trouble and is always efficient! Excellent value for money.

Been using uk doors online for a couple of years now. They were good enough to spot my repeat orders and set me up with a trade Account with discount. Top quality products and delivered on time.
I deal with Megan and she's great and responding immediately. Quotes within the hour which is great when pricing work
