Really pleased with this company. They have replaced my old boiler and move it into the loft. Dave explained everything to me and I was extremely happy with the outcome. Very professional lads, there was no mess, they left my property clean and tidy! I will thoroughly recommend this company

Our heating broke down on one of the coldest spells of the year.
We called out UK boiler fit as our usual plumber was unable to come out straight away I am so glad we did as these guys came the same day identified the problem and had it fixed the next day before lunchtime & at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be using them again as they were polite, efficient, tidy & professional.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

Had issues with poor tradesmen before so am always a bit wary, but these guys were fantastic, had an issue with my boiler and they came on very short notice and did a fantastic job, And a really good price too, I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you’re like me and are nervous about bad or rogue tradesmen then get these guys in because you’ll have no such worry

I have a cynical view of trades and justifiably so from experience. Mark on the other hand did wonders for quashing this. He reviewed what was needed, discussed with us the various options and upon agreement gave me a date and wait for it..... he was there when he said he would be!!!!! Installation all complete and he even knew how to use a vacuum to clean up after himself, at this point I was wondering if he was an imposter of the trade!!!
He’s provided a FIRST class service and whilst the installation has not been straight forward, due to component and not the engineer might I add, he was in constant contact regarding it and was extremely pro active with providing a resolution.
It’s been a breath of fresh air dealing with this new company and I know they will contact us when the boiler needs servicing rather than us having to chase. Yes it’s not rocket science but the high level of customer service provided throughout has been extremely refreshing to receive, something that many firms lack nowadays. Couldn't fault the service. Arrived on time to assess our needs. Everything done speedily and promptly- quote arrived within hours of visit. Excellent communication, job completed efficiently and rubbish removed. All men were pleasant and very patient whilst talking us through the hive system. Would thoroughly recommend the team!

Mark and his team have just finished a brilliant install of a new worcester bosch 8000 series in our home in Hilton Derby. From their initial quote and introduction Mark and his team gave my wife and I every confidence in choosing them to do the installation.
