We used Paul and the Boiler Club on the recommendation of our recently retired heating engineer. We've been really impressed with the advice given, leaving us time to consider options without any hard sell, and now the job is complete, with a very professional service. Opted to fully update our aging system boiler, new valves, mains water feed, and Hive thermostat. We have been so impressed with the upgrades. Highly recommended.

Mike and Paul (of the Boiler Club Online) were recommended by a friend who also works in the trade. We first used them to relocate and install a new radiator in the living room. A couple of years on, we have now just had our entire (old) heating and water system replaced with them (new gas combi boiler, radiators, all pipework, plus new radiators and hot water to an attic conversion done a few years back that was using electric radiators and electric hot water feed).

From initial survey of work required, Paul, Mike and his engineers provided sound advice and constantly worked to finding the best solutions to any fitting obstacles, rather than just doing what was easy for them, consulting with us if any initial plans needed modifying due to house layout/structure limitations.

I was happy with the total quote value (competitive) and they arrived promptly each day. The entire team worked really hard during the week they were in the house, to the point that I even laughed and said they should take a few more coffee breaks!!!

Work now finished and we are really pleased with the end result. Full credit to the entire team, it's so nice when get proper professionals who sincerely care about the job in hand.

I highly recommend them to anyone and will most definitely use them for any heating/plumbing work in the future. Great work guys!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. Gave us a number of quotes for various combi boilers. Gave us payments options, communication was great. Installed the new boiler and removed the old water cylinder plus the gas fire place. Work was completed in 2 days. Left the house looking tidy. Very friendly and very trust worthy! 100%recommend!

Dads boiler been playing up for a while then packed up properly on Sunday night. We had someone pre-booked to fit a new one next week but they said they couldn’t bring appointment forward as too busy. Spoke to Paul Sunday night explained situation Dad 88 with no heat or hot water - he went to survey Monday morning, stuff delivered Tuesday and today by mid afternoon Dad is back to normal, new boiler fitted and Dad over the moon with it. Paul and the chap who attended today to fit it were amazing, really friendly, patient, professional and went out of their way to make sure Dad was sorted as quick as they possibly could. Can’t recommend them enough and safe to say we are now fully committed members of The Boiler Club 😉. From start to finish, the service thst we recieved was fantastic. Extremely helpful and informative offering us a range if options. Communication was great in all aspects of the work, from the initial phone call, to the visit to quote the job to the day of work being completed. The work was exceptional and I highly recommend this company for any work that you need completing.

Very efficient service nothing was to much trouble clean and tidy job even the old boiler and all the rubbish was collected within an hour of finishing the job definitely my first call when a problem arises

Boiler broke down on Sunday , new boiler arrived on the Wednesday and nice and toasty warm by 3 pm Thursday, can’t fault this company or service received , engineer was nice and friendly and very efficient too, no moaning whatsoever, just got on with it.

Paul came to bleed my upstairs radiators today after The Boiler Club installed a new boiler in August, as on switching the heating on for the colder months, we found the radiators were lukewarm at the top. After procedure was done, all radiators working to full capacity, and he left us reassured ready for winter! After-sales service top notch, same day and no charge! Thanks Paul, you’re a star! We had a problem with our gas fire not working. Paul responded to my text within 2 hours with suggestions on what the problem may be and arranged a visit to service/repair visit very quickly. Great company to deal with they say what they do and do what they say, if only all companies provided this level of customer service.

We had fairly complex problems with a new boiler because our meter was inadequate for the uprated boiler We also had some ancient lead piping with out -of-date fittings. Paul sorted that out for us with no fuss.

Mike & Chris, the engineers did some of the neatest pipe work I have ever seen. Real artists!

Everything cleaned up and all mess & debris removed at the end.

What a joy to find this company! From the start the communication and advice was prompt and professional from both Paul and Mike. Mike and Ged worked at our property and I cannot praise them enough for the quality of their work, consideration for my home and finding the best solution for replacing the LPG heating with an air source heat pump system. They were wonderful guys to have around, arrived on time, always with a positive attitude where nothing was too much trouble. They were also super considerate around my dogs and keeping them safe and happy around the work. I would welcome them back for any future work without hesitation. I was recommended the The Boiler Club by a friend. They installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for me. From initial contact with Paul to the boiler installation I couldn't be happier with the service. Mike and Chris arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. Mike and Chris explained the process clearly and kept the work area tidy throughout the installation. The new boiler is working perfectly, and I was particularly impressed with the engineer's attention to detail in routing new pipe system and ensuring its location would be compatible with a future renovation of the room. We were very pleased with this company. They responded quickly to our enquiry and came to assess the job within a couple of days.
They fitters arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting a new boiler. Everything was done within the day. They were efficient and very pleasant. They gave us a demonstration of how everything worked and made sure we were happy with the job. They covered the carpets to protect them and tidied everything away when the job was finished. They took the old boiler and fittings away with them. We would recommend them to anybody.

After contacting the boiler club I arranged a free survey they arrived at the scheduled time listened to my requirements and explained my various options, a date was agreed and the gas safe engineer arrived promptly expertly fitted the new boiler/hive/magnetic filter and carbon monoxide completed the guarantee's and showed us how to operate the boiler/hive he was friendly professional and extremely tidy. At all stages I was emailed with the relevant information, appointments, cost and contact details.

Great company to work with, reliable, arrived with the required part for our repair, explained what needed to be done and tidied up afterwards. Will be using them again and would 100% recommend.
