Ordered one of their water flossers
Ordered one of their water flossers, and it packed in after about 2 months (completely stopped working).
To their credit the customer service team sent me a new one, but then that one also was reduced to about 5 mins of battery life after a month.
I received a full refund, but I'm honestly convinced that their water flosser products are inherently faulty and designed for obsolescence.

Expensive replacement heads
I found that the base was too narrow leading to instability.
The Battery must be small capacity because it lasts a lot less time than my wife's Oral B.
Replacement heads are very expensive.
Having said all that it works fine for me.

Delivery error problem resolved quickly
My original order was wrongly delivered by the courier.
The Spotlight team reviewed my feedback and promptly implemented a replacement order which was delivered quickly.

Diaa dayppointed at customer service assumed the replacement heads would…
I assumed the replacement heads would all be the same fit and I couldn’t remember what my spotlight toothbrush was so I just ordered replacements. The ones that arrived didn’t fit but I had to open one to see of course. I was disappointed with the customer service. I felt like I was made to feel stupid for ordering the wrong ones and that if they were opened they couldn’t be exchanged. I had to open them to find out they didn’t fit. I’ve returned them for an exchange and am still waiting to hear what they say. I’m disappointed at the response as I have worked in customer service for many years and this fell short. Still waiting to hear so let’s see!

Further update after visiting my dentist: I’ve had the worst built they’ve seen in years and stains on my teeth, which had never happened before. Unfortunately I will stop using the product and go back to more established brands and products.

I’ve had three emails from Royal Mail…
I’ve had three emails from Royal Mail saying my toothbrush was about to be delivered that day. It still hasn’t been. There is also a discrepancy between the price on the order and the amount taken from my bank account. Not a great experience so far.

Great product great company. I contacted the company about a sonic toothbrush I had purchased from them some time ago. I received an almost immediate reply even though out of hours and after sending some photos they offered to replace it. It arrived today only a few days after my initial contact with them. So pleased as it is a great product. Thankyou so much it is so refreshing to deal with a company that is so helpful.

Great customer service
Great customer service following a faulty product. I was a little worried about how this would be handled after reading the reviews online but the customer service process was great. I had a faulty toothbrush that had stopped working after about 2 years and I reached out to the team and they were very responsive (getting back within a few hours) and helped me trouble shoot (which did not work sadly), they then sent me a replacement. The whole issue was resolved within a week. Thanks to Breanna and Suzanne for being so responsive and helpful!
