Shockingly Poor Manufacturing Quality
Potentially a good product but really poor manufacturing. The first one had a really poor thread on the reservoir as others have reported, that then failed completely after a couple of months. The replacement the UV failed after a short time (the thread was better on this one). The third, the UV also failed, I got a refund but kept using it, it has now also completely failed. Oh yeah, and if you leave it on a window sill in the sun, the reservoir plastic gets sticky. If you're happy for it to only serve you during the warranty period... then again with this level of quality, the company might not be around to honour it. And you can only buy the heads as pack of four different ones, which is ridiculous, to get the one you want costs £20 and you throw three away. Also why does the price jump between £50 & £100 up and down?

I ordered the water flosser. It arrived promptly and was well and securely packed. The flosser is absolutely wonderful. It has variable speed with a choice of tips which is very well thought of. It is great and after using it, my mouth feels clean and fresh. Highly recommend this flosser.

Love the sonic toothbrush. I ordered new heads and actually made a mistake and ordered the wrong type for my Pro version. They were very good at refunding despite me opening one the the sealed heads. Thank you

Solving a problem.
It is one of the best cleaning units I have ever used, the only fly in the ointment is the on/off button is becoming extremely stiff, I think it could be toothpaste residue mixed with saliva running down the handle over the button. Is there any way that the button can be cleaned. I have severe arthritis in my hands so if this problem could be resolved then, happy days!

However the £15 credit can only be used if you spend over £65 on an order. It doesn't state this anywhere on the T&C's on the page on the website. The The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 in the UK (DMCCA) prohibits businesses from misleading consumers through false information or deceptive actions and feel that this is one, so they need to change the copy on this pronto!
