I didn't know how much time robovac can save. We got L60 Hybrid and will be sure to upgrade our Eufy in the future when current one gives up. Given the L60 price tag, the suction is superior while mop... Mehr ansehen

Good build quality, started with the doorbell works well battery life could be better. Then got the E30 camera it says 128g sd card but will not format used 32g instant, works great. Then got the S340... Mehr ansehen

Researched well before buying and straight got into 2 door bells and base station . Well happy as delay is marginal and comes as notyfication and not as a call . Battery seems to holding pretty well a... Mehr ansehen

Im pretty happy with the robot cleaner, it does a fairly good job, however on occasions there are bits that have not been picked up which should have been. Overall I would recommend as it saves a lot... Mehr ansehen

Great product

Ordered video doorbell to go with my cameras got the s330 came within 2 days very easy to install great picture quality and no subscription great service

Great product

Everything was easy and simple to set up,just follow the steps and that’s it.
The video quality is good and the price for the cameras was very good giving the fact that I managed to find them on sale.Motion detection works well and the charging from the solar panel is way better that I expected.

All good so far....

I have given 4 stars because I have not yet installed the cameras, but service, speed and price were all good so if the cameras are as good as I hope they will be I will bump up to a 5. All good so far.

I really like this brand but…

I really like this brand, although previously I had an issue of being sold out of date tech with a long battle I managed to get it sorted out.
The software is great but in need of a few tweaks such as the notification to allow it to track you when your not at home, you can’t get rid of it without clicking it and it taking you to your permissions settings then clicking back on the app an it goes until next time, its really annoying, also I bought a extra cam recently for my kitchen and it has SD slot and the setting to use your Homebase 3 is hidden an not with the other storage settings in hope that you purchase the cloud back up which is frankly money grabbing… the AI face recognition could also be make easier to add and remove

Great performance and subscription free.

I recently made the switch to Eufy Doorbell (S330), Homehub 2, and Eufycam 2c from their Ring equivalents to avoid the increasingly expensive annual subscription renewal. I’m 3 weeks in and have been delighted with the Eufy devices’ performance so far. The video quality is excellent and the notifications work really well. I’ve had to make a few changes to the settings to get to the right level of surveillance sensitivity in order to pick up events and record their full duration, but for those who like a little more control over their devices, there’s a lot more configurability than I had with Ring. My only negative is that the battery life is nowhere near the 180 days promised. I’ve already had to recharge the doorbell whilst the camera is at 46% after 19 days. This could be down to my settings, but there’s little point in having the devices if you don’t capture and record events on your property.

Initially I loved it

Initially I loved it. However I have had to replace so many bits in 12 months. The worst bit being a small plastic flap in the dust hopper came off and I couldn't replace that small bit I have to buy a whole new dust bin which seemed excessive
